As an army this is one of our comfort songs, Bangtan wrote this song for armys. So I’m used to the original, and I usually dislike covers, but these girls really did an amazing job. Fans of STAYC should look up the translation of the lyrics and listen to it again, the meaning makes it so much more beautiful. STAYC really did amazing♥️

And I also want to say they are also lucky to have BEP as their producer. I mean, they knew how to make good music. And as we can see so far, the way BEP utilised their voices is very good. The parts arrangements, the line distribution, things like that.

I feel like we haven't talk enough of Yoon's voice, her vocal is just so soulful and powerful and the harmonizations between all members just dope! Sieun's vocal is just soothing and clear

Edit: just to be absolutely clear, they sang this live and did an incredible job and I am grateful that we get to hear any version, but the light tuning in post-production does make it sound a 'little bit little bit' (;)) robotic in my opinion and I personally prefer no tuning. Hi! If it sounds 'perfect', it usually means there was some tuning on the live voices in post-production. I'm quite sure their voices were slightly altered here. It is a very very common practice on this show and many others, like the Masked Singer. I don't really like it because it takes away the more 'human' feel you get with the imperfections still present. Sadly only the people in the audience got to hear that raw live version in this case. They sound sooooo good without the tuning!! Like during the encores they did this week, no backtrack (like here) and purely raw vocals!

Sieun hitting those high notes every single time is so amazing. No matter how good of a vocalist you are it's still hard to hit high notes clearly every time, so great probs to her for always being able to slay them. Love STAYC they really have a solid vocal team with diverse vocalists.
