Jenn! I work at Dunkin’ and your latte probably didn’t have the whipped cream on it bc you asked for it to be made w almond milk. Some employees assume that you don’t want any dairy at all on the latte if you ask for a dairy alternative. (Just FYI for anyone who wants the whip, specify that you want the signature pumpkin spice latte! :) )
I’ve gotten dairy free whipped cream before idk why some places don’t do it.

I was just as eager as you to have fall dunkin’ and omg the disappointment. I bought a dozen donuts and they were TINY. You could have fit at least 6 more in the box, there was so much extra space. I’m jealous you had normal sized donuts. Edit: I also had to hit up four locations to find the pumpkin one and they didn’t have the apple flavor 😭

Usually when things from the same restaurants/fast food places taste different or are of different quality, it could be due to the fact that each place in different states are from different franchises. I worked at Panera in Washington (state) for a summer and their soup was definitely more thick compared to the ones I have had in California. It could also just have to do with how they make it but I’m not sure.

Pumpkin scone is SO good, it is HUGE though haha but that means you can save some for a snack later too :P
I would always recommend to eat it heated up, softens it slightly and makes it taste like a fresh loaf
