I think it also greatly depends on your skincare needs and priorities! And if you're able to get items at a discount or on sale etc. I personally have struggled with delayed wound healing and internal infections that manifested predominantly in my skin and la mer amongst other "medical grade" and premium lines, like skinmedica and Elemis have been one of the most significant factors that help maintain and heal my skin. I do notice that when I dial back on the premium healing products and replace with comparable variations it does the same job in terms of hydration/moisture, overall aging benefits BUT, when my skin is compromised, I DO notice a huge difference and absolutely will rely on my tried and true la mer, skinmedica etc.

Nothing works like la mer in my opinion . I’ve tried 1000 creams before I landed on it. But it’s not a miracle cream . Oh still need serums etc under it . But it has this youthful hydrating effect I’ve yet to see in another moisturizer
I love the feeling of Lamer but it does nothing for me.

But it’s really not a dupe. Watch people who have actually tested it for months on their face. The la mer side is so much better texture wise and less redness

I do get Botox in my crows feet but in this video I did a cat I so I wonder if it was the make up?
