PSA: you get around 50 planes for free, these are just budget addons. Essentially every simulator has paid addons (DCS, Xplane etc.) but there’s also freeware addons from 3rd party developers as well
Ok good! Because I'm gonna buy one
Can you make a vid featuring all the free ones?
@@Gaming-with-linyeah good idea
When you say the reverse on the ATR is too strong do you say so as a pilot of one of them?
@@Gaming-with-linI recommend Salty 747 and FlyByWire A320neo
For those wondering: MSFS comes with a pretty decent hangar by default, with planes like the A320 NEO, 747-8i, some Cessnas, some Cubs, and even an F/A-18. These addons aren't made by MS, and are there if you want something more to fly.
Plus alot of the expensive addons are really in depth simulations of said aircraft (Fenix A320, PMDG Boeings, Leonardo MD 80 etc.). But price alone isn't always the indicator of quality though, do some research on what you're buying and you'll be fine
yes
how about just pirate, i mean i paid 50$ for the game aint paying shits for a 200$ virtual plane
fr@@wheayt
pirate copies exsist
When the most expensive plane in real life is one of the cheapest in a game
The 737 max it good with a thrustmaster
@@Ghostvr_gorvrIf you’re referring to the bredok max. It’s awful. I’d rather save my money until I have enough to get the PMDG
When a plane in game costs as much as a real plane
The B2 cost 2B the Su57 only costs 40-45 million
@@HassounaDakik and the B-2 is a bomber and the SU-57 is a sad excuse for a fighter. Also, the SU-57 costs like $130,000,000
Idk why I said the B-2 was the first military plane on the list when the DHC-4 was used in militaries too 💀
Lol

The Best Cargo plane the RAAF ever had
do you have airbus a380? How much does it cost
coming from a real ATR pilot (a friend of mine, not me), the reverse on the ATR in MSFS is in fact realistic
As somebody who works on the ATR-72 as cabin crew I can confirm the aircraft has a strong reverse thrust. Though I would say it’s just a tiny bit too strong I mean not by much at all and it’s still very realistic.
Imagine you're in vatsim at an airport and suddenly you saw bombs coming right at you 💀
"LHF254, you are a go for Takeoff on runwa- OH FUCK"
@@Drache191200 XD
most military jets and all bombers are banned on the vatsim network
I am waitin takeoff cleareance in an F22 out of JFK on vatsim as we speak @@topgun1457
The atr reverse thrust is mad in real life too. Flew in one yesterday and we used a third of the runway
As cabin crew on the ATR myself I do agree it’s a very strong aircraft in terms of how much reverse thrust but it still is a tiny bit too strong in the sim not by much but it does feel like the aircraft does just instantly stop when applying reverse thrust.
Here in Spain there's a pub bar that IS literally a DCH-4
I rather buy another game rather than buy the plane in mfs💀
Just don't get the f104 is is so bad lol
😂😂
Then go buy another game goofy. They don't need your money.
What game costs 15 or 20 dollars are you buying a ps3 game or sum wtf
aaaaaa
Wait so ur telling me, that I’m paying 100 bucks for a game, then having to spend MORE MONEY on planes
For study level planes yes, if you arent in commercial operations then no, use the free planes avaliable to you. Only people invested in the actual quality will pay. Msfs provides the physics, 3rd party companies provides the planes
Welcome to flight simming
They're made by 3rd parties, not microsoft. Those devs do like being able to eat, so yes they charge money for what they make.
The game costs 50 bucks, or you can try it out on a free gamepass trial. And you have a very realistic free A320, los of awesome small aircraft, and a decent 747. The plane are not just different 3D models with some basic differences in speed etc. The good ones simulate every software detail present in the real one etc. Even the circuit breakers at times. That takes years for independent 3rd party devs to develop, and they don't want to work for free.
but think about how many hours of enjoyment you get out of a plane, say a plane cost's 35 dollars, and you do like 10 3 hour flights, that works out at just over a dollar an hour, then think about how many years you're going to fly it and then work out how much its cost per hour, it ends up being literal cents per hour, it seems expensive at first but flight simming is an investment, I've loaded my xplane 11 with well over a thousand dollars worth of addons, but I've had 7 years of fun out of it and plan on at least another 7
I bought the bn2a trislander and it's great, study level plane, STOL plane, 9 dollars, comes with a lot of liveries and a great interior, with exterior options such as chocks, engine covers, tail stand, etc, amazing
Thanks aaron
The ATR is a steal, it’s so realistic
Yeah it's realistic in normal operations, but it lacks when something out of the ordinary happens.
Ofcourse that's not a problem for most of us but it's good to keep in mind before buying it.
The reverse thrust is realistic in the atr i have fly inside one and i can confirm
Planes in MFS are more expensive then alot of Plane games 💀💀
Damn. We got sim plane tier list before gta 6... Did not see that one coming 😅
I wish the real B-2 cost 15 dollars
it can be free but not legally 😉
The SU-57 boutta become my most used jets 💀
having owned it for a while i can definitely say it’s worth it even at $10 imo
??? its shit
What abt me
@@topgun1457fr
The B-2 drop made me laugh so much. Thanks for that. Hahah
I love the Su57. I wish it was study level and more realistic, duh. But it’s still good looking and fun.
Do a video on the most expensive planes
Aaron how the plane from mcnery the su its cheap and very realistic detail
Such as the afterburner and more 😊💀
I got an a380 model and it's size is 24/full size and its 242$
uhh.... *gulp, my wallet just had a nightmare
Mfs Called an Expensive an Cheap😭
The GotFriends Doubleender is also cheap and can do some extreme bush flying and got nice view from the cockpit.
ty bro🙏
A310:🗿me free
Some of those planes are dead-on excellent & kind of relaxin'.
Might get these
I Love the ATR72-600
As cabin crew myself who works on them they are a bit ehh I mean in real life it’s just not the best for the crew at all. Nowhere for the crew to rest and the galley only has enough room for one person at a time.
ATR is great with proper joystick or yoke. With a Xbox controller it’s hard to lower the throttle without putting it into reverse thrust. Same problem with CRJ.
In msfs i added the atr 72 to my wishlist in msfs and it was £16
The ATR is actually like that irl. You land and you are inmediately stopped haha
Not necessarily I work on the ATR as cabin crew it is very accurate I will give you that but it does seem a tiny tweek in making it just a tiny bit less overpowered in reverse would for sure make it spot on.
I miss the C22J Ventura in this list :)
Fair play
To be fair, ATR reverse thrust is badass.
Yes but I am cabin crew I work on the ATR it still is a tiny bit overpowered in the sim it brings the aircraft to a complete stop instantly sometimes. I wouldn’t say it’s too unrealistic but just a tiny tweek to it would make it spot on
Can you please do switts air flight 111 😢
no, fs2020's physics can not simulate a tailspin
I got the Su-57 and can say it's a pretty budget plane, then i purchased the F-35, V-22 and F-14
I think the interior on the spirit is lacking because some of it is probably classified
I wondered why the atr took soo long to take off but could land in a second 😂
Aaron do Elvington for no brakes it is 18000 feet
I love the ATR, my gripe is the reverse thrusters but a different problem. I use a Xbox controller and when landing it will kick into reverse thrusters while still in the air, causing you to crash into the ground. I’m new to flight sim, and plan on getting a yoke and throttle which will solve this problem.
One problem coming from a Yolk and Throttle user is that pretty much sometimes planes would get out of control, like the A310, while flying, it starts to become very confusing to manage as you are flying as you may crash into the ground.
The atr is a turbo prop that’s why it stops so quick
I work as cabin crew on the ATR yes it does come to a stop quickly but it does seem in the sim that the aircraft does slow down a bit too fast in comparison to the real thing. Not by much but I would say a tiny tweek would make it so much more realistic
“You have to buy things?! But I’m broke”
Well that’s what having a job is for.
I'ma wait till black Friday 2024
Love your channel bro!
I recommend the a321
the idiot in class when they hear about a $15 plane in msfs but still hears it wrong:
FIFTEEN DOLLAR PLANE?! COUNT ME IN!
That wonderful in depth atr for $20 is a mad good deal☠️
i will get the atr hopefully
The B2s actually cockpit is pretty simple the rendering is not bad at all.
So basically, world's most expensive plane, is one of the cheapest in MFS!
I flew the 57 for the first time and I just instantly go mach 1.5
The 7$ airbus joined the chat
Me: still fsx-ing 🤣
The ATR has short field capabilities and is more than able to land on shorter runaways. The reverse thrust is accurate
Rly?
Yes but it’s not that powerful as what is shown in the sim. I work as cabin crew on the ATR I worked from all kinds of runways and in Ireland we don’t have the longest runways either. The reverse thrust is just a tiny bit overpowered not by much in fact it’s still realistic but a tiny tweek would make it more close to the real thing
20$ is a budget plane, hell it cost like costly game actually
Can you please do a short on DAL21, it was a A330 flying from London to Seattle but couldent land at SeaTac so it diverted to my local airport that is YKM which is a 7,000ft runway compared to the 12,000ft runway it was planing on landing at. YKM is only used to Embrear E175s. All this happened on Wednesday. Dec 20
The G39 Griffen is only 9.99 on sale
C-22J Ventura!
Ima buy the su 57
ATR also has the habit of not following the flight path, deleting waypoints randomly and the VNAV is barely functioning. Its really not very good. Stick with the FBW or one of the other free options. Or pony up for the PMDG 737-600.
Get the Jas 39 gripen
during a sale i saw a 787 for $5
I would say the best you can buy for cheap is the pmdg 737-600 for $35
Why is it so much to be a flight attendent when u dont do the inside of an airplane
What does that even mean I’m cabin crew maybe if you can explain it better I can clear stuff up for you. If you mean we don’t do anything we do we are in charge of inflight security in the cabin, we administer passengers in the event of a medical emergency. We lead the evacuation and are the last to leave in an emergency. We are trained to fight fires onboard and to by enough time so that the aircraft can land. The list goes on and on anything else or is that enough.
What do you expect? B2 interior is still classified.
Buy the aircraft carrier set
SU-57 might not be too realistic. But it sure is fun to fly.
Can you show us your setup please
And now the cheapest military aircraft, the B-2 Spirit
“Ironic”
Does the game come with any planes at all?
Yes like 50
mom look! a bomber!
oh wait thats a goddamn su 57 its so goddamn huge i mistaken it as a tu160m
Su 57 is the most beautiful looking fighter jet. Not talking about performance, only the looks
Can you do best airliner planes please? I’m getting this game for Christmas and I want to buy the best one possible!
Very nice! Just letting you know it’s a very expensive hobby and expect to spend money on things that you expect not to spend money on. For my recommendation, I suggest you buy the PMDG 737-800 or 737-900, it’s a great starter plane to learn as its study level. If that’s too expensive then I would recommend the Fenix A320, it’s a european classic and flies like a beauty. Its systems are pretty automatic which means you wont have to do much labor in flying the plane.
@@dean-lv6dbthanks so much!
Got over 100 planes, don’t think I’ve ever paid a dime yet and they are all Addon😌
🏴☠️
Do MD-11 and DC-10
HELL YEAH SU-57 MY FAVOURITE
Funny how the B-2 costs $15 in msfs but $740,000,000 irl
Heard the vulcans come to msf
ATR has strong reverse thrust in real life.
Its model, in game is very accurate. So not sure why an aircraft nerd wouldn’t know this
I got the game but then I shit my pants when I saw the price of the planes
I think blud called us broke.
I recomend the plane that is a drone and a plane if you dont have a credit card and the plane is free (1 gigabyte)
Aaron did you know Ryanair had an atr 42
Day 104 of asking to talk about the israeli black spitfire
I got Microsoft flight sim with all the planes, but I don't know if my computer will be able to run it, wish me luck
Holy sh*t i had no idea that planes are required to be purchased separately
Yes its crazy but unfortunately aviation is a really expensive hobby but it does make sense, your paying 60 dollars for the physics engine and another like 30-60 dollars depending on the plane for a study level/accurate representation of an aircraft
Yo ho ho a pirates life for me
Hell ye
What about the An-225? Its a hell of a plane and only $20
PLEASE DO THE SAME VID FOR X-PLANE 11
That game is cool.🆒😍🤩
I thought the b2 spirirt is sold for around 1 billion
What about the best low budget planes
Nice
The plaza is free to use
I just use the free ones💀
All of that needs to come with the game.. I shouldn't have to pay, and that's something I will never do.
50 planes come with the game
No it does not, over 1 millions products made by 3rd party companies and you expect microsoft to pay them possibly hundreds of dollars and make then free to the public
Next time expensive plane
Aw man you have to buy planes with REAL money now
