When you were talking about your anxiety and your dad was like "eso es una enfermedad" I got the chills and wanted to cry 🥺 A lot of hispanic parents don't acknowledge anxiety as a mental health problem. They don't believe it's a disorder. I'm 22 and I've had anxiety for 14 years (since I was 8) It's so tough to deal with. I give you props because you still come through with all the funny/entertaining vids 🥺🤞🏼Many times your videos have helped calm my anxiety ❤️
