40:30 on the R50, if you bring up the session view on the left where it has the list of past shots, you can select a shot(s) and it will only show that tracer(s). I believe by default it shows the last 5 shots.
I see consistent ball flight, cary distance between the Garmin and GSPro ranges. But both are shorter than how far my clubs go irl. For what its worth.
No chance you have video I can share do you? trpl.bgy@gmail.com most wouldn’t but was worth an ask. I’ll announce either way. Need to come up with a prize for you!
Transparency: R50 owner, previously had Skytrak+, and MLM2Pro. If training and improving your swing are important, definitely want to consider club data. Generally a first question is space availability. If you don't have 8ft behind, + 8ft in front of the ball, can rule out radar based. If you do have the space, then think about if putting matters to you. If not, an MLM2Pro can be a really good option. Or a Mevo+ if you have more budget, want club data. If doing a permanent setup, mobility isn't a concern, could also consider overhead like Protee VX which is similar price category to Garmin. In the other price direction, the Eye Mini Lite is a great price for its feature set. I have the R50 because I don't have a permanent setup. I have to move my setup out of the way to park my car, and I am mostly focused on training. This makes the ease of it not needing a PC very valuable and it has the club data I am looking for. I was seriously considering the Eye Mini Lite, but since the R50 gave me the ability to not have to setup my laptop to practice, I went R50 and don't regret it. Main question with the R50 right now, I think, is putting reliability on short puts but I would be very surprised if that doesn't get improved over time. With all these LMs, they launch before all the secondary thing have been sorted out yet.
Agree with Adam. This is a good reply by adam. Many things to think about and he covers them. Club data is something I think is important when trying to improve. That puts you in mevo +, R50, gc3 or some of the overhead units. As Adam said, putting needs work on garmin but the ease of use is high and have to believe they will improve.
Cool idea with the transparency setup for ball flight comparison.

For a first time LM purchase and hopes of improving their golf skills, would you highly recommend Garmin's R50 or a different monitor?
