This game was awesome. Very well built, spot on soundtrack, technically fresh for the years, enjoyable to watch and most of all great fun. It wasn't meant to be realistic, it was designed to be just great fun.

This game proves that it isn't simply nostalgia toying with our emotions. These late-90s games were just outright solid quality games. That's become more and more clear, as the decades have gone by.
I think this was the third game I ever got for my PS1 when I was about 5 and it quickly became and stayed my favourite. I'm average at most games but became pretty damn good at this one so that I could beat my dad (he never let me win games, we're a competitive family haha). Eventually it got to the stage where he could never beat me again. I think he was secretly proud :P
The handling for this game is exactly how I remember it. Great game, would love for Sony to release it on the PlayStation store and with a platinum no less.

Is crazy how i remember this game in my mind in a different way! i mean, i remmember that was the most real sound of bikes and enviroment sounds like the tunnel sound, and the pilot vision... Its like if in my mind the graphics was like in ps2 haha

The last time i played this game i was 4 or 5 and leaving my grandmas house with it in my hand, no case for the disc. I was so worried about it breaking or scratching on the way home that i held on to it too tight and broke it in half!
Hi John, I find It hard to play in the emulator as the controls are too sensitive and seems this happens to you as well.... Any little touch you have to quickly do the opposite to get the bike straight again.... Hard to play in my arcade cabinet, what a pity.... Cheers mate!
