Hey how are u i have one but it has a problem in centering so the cut isn t equal in the sides of exaust valve seat do u know wht s the problem

Proper pilot size. Remove material too fast. Use single angle cutters at times

After u do your angle cut and top 90 degree cut use a 70 degree cutter and it will clean up the seat margin making it even all the way around.

I ran this exact Serdi for 27 years in a Caterpillar Diesel Engine Reman shop. I’ve cut thousands of seats over the year. It was an awesome job.
Your machine is very clean and seeing it brings back many great memories of the Shop.
