Bring privatisation. Their services are very bad. Bad food. Bad website. Bad customer service. Bad ticket layout. No tracking available. Take full money but we have to share seats on sleeper wagons. It's bad when you are with family.

Every penny irctc makes as profit is from compromise on quality service to customers and from extreme booking fees & commissions. They give food delivery contracts to cheapest vendors irrespective of quality & makes maximum profit out of it. They charge high booking fees & gateway charges per ticket. They blocked my account for just refreshing the website more than 5 times during tatkal booking opening time😆. Also they have worst customer service. They are just a ticket booking & catering company. But they behave like they are under ministry of defence or home affairs. Their monopoly must be broken. I wonder why can’t Indian Railways sell tickets on their own in the era of UPI & Digital India.
The way ticket are named like first class, second class and all are relics of indian railways colonial past , it about time they get rid of these naming convention call it economic, premium or deluxe coach or something like that.
