Odysseus of the Dragonborn, hmn, i have not heard of that one yet, but beyond skyrim and skyblivion i have heard of these and a few others such as beyond reach, skywind Enderal. of course both skywind and skyblivion are yet to be released, but we have only heard about these projects over the last decade straight always hinting of the day they come out, but i just don't think that day will ever come it's like a carrot on a stick dangling of our hopes and dreams never to come to reality. but you can play some of the beyond series, the ones that are done, i think it was smart for the modding team to release that mod in segments because they are such big projects, so unlike skywind and skyblivion they can release parts of the story via these segments that are released, where skyblivion and skywind are never released to the public in any way, it's just constant development.
@@blazingsandwich1234 oh i didn't know it was from the same team, now i have played legacy of the dragonborn and i kind of liked that mod, but i think it focused a bit too much on the artifacts stuff that it made the gameplay more of a chore and less about the story with that aspect, so i hope the Odyssey of the dragonborn isn't as repetitive in that regard. but i will say that the mod overall had a great presentation and great quality to detail, and had some good voice actors and addons to it.
when i first played ROC i ran into lots of bugs, but they were mostly my fault but i didn't know about some animation mods were not allowed as they would conflict, but after i got that figured out, i really started loving the mod. in the ending battle i chose to use my bend will shout to spare the lives of the other army to my side, and this was not an intentional outcome of the mod but i was surprised it worked and i loved how it added to the overall story of the mod because the Empire were not really the enemy, they were just following the orders of their Emperor, it was the corrupt leaders, such as the illegitimate sitting Emperor and his vampire queen AKA the daughter of Molag Bal. in the main story they mention that the solders of the Empire they don't want them all dead because they know this will weaken the Empire against their true enemy, Morag Bal and they need the numbers of solders for the coming war. now i don't know for sure where Jim is going to take the story, but i suspect that it will involve either the player playing as the last dragonborn Emperor or perhaps playing as the child who was born to the dragonborn Emperor and queen Rigmor, maybe they skip out on the parts of the story involving the child growing up or maybe they will involve the player the last dragonborn to die but move that role into the child as a story that starts from a new beginning through the child. anyway this is just my theory, i have no idea the direction Jim is going, i will probably still like the story regardless.
I have played through the 2 rigmor mods countless times across many different characters, something about the story and the characters always bring me back to it, when building load orders this is always my go to quest mod and I cannot wait to play through the final instalment!
It's not perfect, but its the most compelling series of story mods I have ever played. Definitely lore breaking, voice acting could be improved and heaps of cliches. However, you can tell that they love this project, and they put a lot of thought into it. Which us something I love.
@@phantomgamez117 I can not really say without ruining the story, but one such example is that those born with dragon blood or Dragonborn kill their mothers at birth. This is totally the mod doing its own thing.
@@stormcloak1822 Dragonborn is selected by Akatosh they are not inherited. Though Tiber Spetim was DB his descendants were too DB except Uriel Septim. Saint Alessia who made a pact with Akatosh for the Dragon Blood dynasty thus the Amulet of the Kings was forged. Now there was a moment where others were adopted in their dynasty who had the gift of Akatosh both Septim and Alessia members. So the bloodline and the descendant thing wasn't pure. The first DB before Alessia was Miraak, he was chosen. As long as the amulet of the kings recognised who had the gift of Akatosh the Dragon Emperor dynasty continues. The pact was broken when Martin Septim sacrificed his soul during the Oblivion Crisis so no more Dragon Emperor and Mede Dynasty started. (Note: Elder Scroll lore is very vast and I may have made mistake but this is my crude understanding since I started playing Skyrim and never played previous games) Regarding Rigmor lore breaking they tell in story that every mother who gave a birth to a DB dies a gruesome death which is inaccurate since there are many Emperor wives who gave birth to DB child didn't die at all but rather die at a normal way. **[Spoilers]** They tell the same thing to us the player aka LDB that's how our mother died because we have no knowledge of the past. Rigmor trilogy here is that she is destined to start the Dragon Emperor legacy by reforging the amulet of the kings. If you played Cyrodill version you may remember the red stone is missing from Mountain Table and it is taken away by Thalmor**[Spoiler]**
The voice acting was maybe the best I have seen in Skyrim mods. Some cliches sure. Considering it was all free, I consider myself very lucky to have played this.
Rigmor Of Bruma and Rigmor Of Cyrodiil is without a doubt the BEST mods I have ever had the absolute pleasure to play it makes me wish it was real soooo much The creator and all who were and are involved are absolutely Genius I cannot wait for what Rigmor Of Tamriel brings to us May The Nine grant them wisdom and speed
OMG wasn't expecting this ! So happy to see the progress Jim and his team made. The Rigmor mods are my all time favorites. I am so looking forward to playing Rigmor of Tamriel, in due time off course, when it's done. We will "cross that bridge again when we get to it" !
It will be beautiful to play my build based Off of Celebrimbor: The Bright Lord from Shadow Of War, He’s already overpowered and has a alchemically enchanced enchanted Ring Of power that basically makes him indestructible with an endless pool of Magic, & having a Shout that can dominate Mortals or dragons ontop of being a vampire lord that has an inherent power to dominate with the necromage perk. This Guy is the second Coming of Tiber Septim & on top of that he’s an Altmer with a strong love for his people & an even greater hatred of the Thalmor, Adorned with a crown of Aetherium that can resurrect an Army of the Dead and now In Rigmor of Tamriel mod the Player is set on Reforging the Amulet of Kings With a Black diamond; All endgame players are pretty much walking tanks in their own regard & I feel that this is a fitting conclusion to the Dragonborns story even if it’s only Headcannon. I really need to see and play my Dragonborn becoming The God Emperor Of Tamriel, Fighting the Thalmor & Forging Alliances/waging wars across other nations with an immortal Dragon Army at Their Behest.
@TitusFlavius11 "If you're not with me, then you're my enemy!" "We're not just going to kill the Thalmor bastards, we're going to cut out their living guts and use them to grease the wheels of our wagons! We're going to murder those lousy bastards by the bushel!"
Rigmor of Bruma was possibly one of the first major quest mods for Skyrim I played. Although from what I seen it did get a lot of flak even towards Rigmor herself, though after several playthroughs of both mods up to this point I still think it's one of the best Quest Mods I've played even after playing a variety of other questmods since. Just seems I enjoy a lot of character driven stories, the characters you meet, the down time with bonding with Rigmor seeing the ups and downs with her and the other characters really establishes a connection with the cast unlike any quest mod I've seen. By the time you move on to RoC especially if you can find enough to keep you occupied through it's time skip it just like reuniting with old friends. It's a pretty good series of stories if you have a DB that can fit a Deuteragonist role.
having some cities locked off to the player forever is kinda awesome - like maybe you can't just go strolling into whatever town you like - kinda feels realistic
I always liked the idea of the Last Dragonborn being Emperor, given how the previous Dragonborns were also emperor's (except miraak). Gonna have to do a replay of both ROB and ROC at some point.
Not all Dragonborn were emperors. In fact, most were just average citizens. Also you are the LAST Dragonborn, the moment the DB dies any supposed claim dies with your character.
@K_1_T_S_U_N_E Isn't the claim of the last dragonborn just some threat Miraak gave your character? Because at least from my knowledge, there isn't any actual prophecy or anything that backs that up. And really, that's up to big boy akatosh to decide.
@@thenateshow4371- The prophecy of of the Dragonborn (which foretold Alduins return) explicitly states that our Dragonborn is the last. "The World-Eater wakes, and the Wheel turns upon the LAST Dragonborn." It's mentioned multiple times in-game!
I played Rigmor of Bruma on LE, and thought it was absolutely fantastic!!! If I can ever manage to get caught up on some of my other games and get back to Skyrim, the Rigmor series will defintely be in my load order.
I was pretty captivated by it. Unfortunately with the second one I ran into some CTDs that were a bit off putting for me. Cause it is incredibly well done.
@@blunthonesty8633 Funny as Rob gave me more issues meanwhile Roc ran good with no ctds or anything and less conflict patching too meanwhile RoB is a conflict nightmare
@@johnnyboogalo4897 I had issues with both. Absolutely amazing mods, but I wish I knew what caused the ctds. The second one it was worst at a point with a tent. Objective meant I had to go in it. Should have tried tcl now that I think about it.
@@blunthonesty8633I guess it depends on your load order and system and where you were getting CTDs. I also had this happen on occasion, but it was mostly stable. RoB on the other hand? Yeah, that was a bit hard to do simply because it conflicted with a good amount of stuff since it was all in Skyrim.
@@blazingsandwich1234 I had a load order built around the Rigmor mods specifically, and I just kept having issue after issue. Console commands usually helped, but it kept killing immersion and I never did end up finishing them. That and Rigmor as a person annoyed me.
I have followed all your playthroughs of the Rigmor series and played them all upon your recommendations. I can’t wait for the final part of the trilogy although it will be sad to see it end. I really enjoyed this preview video too.
The Rigmor mod series is truly an incredible experience, I've appreciated every second spent exploring the story and it's characters. I'd love to contribute in some way to the last installment of the series Rigmor: of Tameriel
I've seen the Rigmor Series before the Skyrim Modded playthrough was uploaded and I really enjoyed the series overall. It was funny at times and it did got to the edge of my seat with the unexpected plot twists these mods contain. It was also very wholesome. Looking forward to watching you finish your "playing hard to get" story with Rigmor.
I'm so excited for the final installment in the series, I've been keeping up with progress since I finished ROC last year, in 2023. Looking forward to Rigmor of Tamriel, more politics, and living the ultimate Dragonborn Emperor fantasy haha. You have my support Jim, and I'll make sure to be one of the first to play it (when it's finished, of course. Can't rush a mod this good). Thank you for this update video Zero!
Nothing about the coming Akaviri invasion from RoC, huh? Well, we never visited Bruma in RoB, a considerable amount of the story took place _outside_ of Cyrodiil in the border region with Hammerfell and on Roscrea, so logic would dictate we spend at least a little bit of time outside Tamriel in RoT. Well, I won't be surprised if the team has an Akavir worldspace secretly in the works. I know the Rignor series isn't for everyone, but I personally like it a lot. Looking forward to seeing the finale.
Imagen an area where you fight an Akavir general and in a dual beat him to gain cooperation against the Aldmire dominion or the big antagonist like instead of a big army this time we have elite fighters this time from each place we visit and go against something like an elven king before he can start a world-scaled war out of the blue
After doing a little from scratch character design, I get how long this is going to take and I cant wait until its done/released. its going to be, from what I am seeing a great addition!!
I am excited to see the journey Jim and the whole team will take us on this time in Rigmor of Tamriel. From the emotional ending of RoB to the surprise ending to RoC Jim's story telling is unmatched in Skyrim modding IMO.
yeah i really enjoyed his official lore ending, i know some people criticized it for not having as much player choice and eventually he gave people the choice to opt out of the whole marriage thing and the whole baby thing, but i still really loved the ending it was quite emotional at times i rarely get that kind of emotional reaction in games generally, i really love ROC the most in the series, but ROB was ok at times, mostly it was hard to deal with because some of the locations didn't quite work out because they didn't unlock the border boundaries of the main skyrim map, so you would get stuck trying to find some kind of work around. but all in all i really enjoyed the official lore story that Jim created for Rigmor's story at the end of ROC.
@@5226-p1e Im still dont play RoC Reboot, i only played the first version so i dont know how much change, apart for what i remember from the george's playthrough. Personally it doesnt bothers me the thing about having a child or marry rigmor. In fact the child specifically i really like it, because you can have for your own with rigmor or the gods force the prophecy about the child wether you like it or not, showing how cruel the gods can be. The part of the marriage i always chose that option because the "friendship ceremony" is kinda...weird, since is literally a wedding with rings, dresses and all.
@@GamerHL2 so i never played the first version, i played the reboot because of stability fixes and it was a finished mod. i agree, the whole friendship ceremony thing is very weird and cringe lol, but i get why some people had issues with the main option as well, we are a very polarized society right now, people get weirdly offended over nothing these days, or at least something i wouldn't get offended by because it's silly to be offended by that idea. the mod still had some issues, but it was mostly still a great mod.
I tend to play through ROG alot and I go back to your videos to view my progress on the story I am very excited for ROT's release and will prob spend atleast 10 playthroughs going through it
I loved the Rigmor series. It was my exposure to cyrodill, as someone who played Skyrim as their first ES game. Can’t wait for ROT. I found the story to be compelling, and the characters to be fun and interesting. What I liked the most was the fact that my characters (various Dragonborn’s) had people to actually care about now, personal involvement, like the plot in fallout 3. Such a good mod series.
agreed, and that the dragonborn thing tied into lore and felt ambiguous instead of "because you can shout" so I got to make my character gain a transcendent humanoid dragon form by the end and feel the impact the locations are nice, and as said now the dragonborn has a place and people to call home that they made along the way
In my opinion some of the plots of RoT will be: First of all I think an invasion from Akavir will happen and we would have to go to High Rock and Hammerfell to ask for help, Potema will be High Queen of High Rock, Tish will be the leader of a new Orc Stronghold, Potema would do something really bad and we will have to kill her, Hammerfell on the other hand, wouldn't trust the Empire because of the events of the first Great War, and we (the DB Emperor) would have to convince the High King of Hammerfall to help us in the defence of Tamriel, we would have to go to Skyrim and talk to Elisif and warn her about the Akaviri invasion (Skyrim would be envaded as well) The Akaviri would join forces with the Thalmor and we would meet Carmeus (the Thalmor that helped us fight the vampire woman) and we will discover that he is the son of Tilar Aedriath! (That would be a massive plot) Second of all, Kintyra is a Dragonborn, we probably would have to teach her some shouts and everything, I think it will be a mission where he will use a shout or a mission where we will teach her a shout. The next thing is "Who Killed the Emperor Titus Mede II?" Someone (Potema maybe? Or someone from the Elder Council) will try to tell everyone that we (the DB) was the one who killed the Emperor, we would have a option to deny it or accept (it would be a critical choice) The neravarine would apper to fight us or help us (Maybe he joined the Akaviri or he will ask for your help in the defence of Morrowind) Some stuff that I would really like is the Dragons coming back again, but this time, to help the mortals win the war with the Akaviri, Kintyra could be a "Chosen one" and just bend the will of the Dragons to help her father win the war and protected Tamriel, just imagine, Paarthunarx landing in the Imperial City and Kintyra talking to him and then we all would discoverd that she was the chosen one of Akatosh to rule over the dragons, that would be awesome right? I hope we can get a DLC for Rigmor of Tamriel in the next year, I'm not ready to say goodbye to Rigmor yet. Anyways, I'm really anxious for this release, I can't wait to see if I'm right or not.
Kovach my character is from there, originally how it worked. He was born in Kovach after it was repaired he was born in the Royal family in the city. Ironically, he was born. He nearly the same time as Rigmor was Also what is mum died of childbirth because no one knew the father was another dragon born bloodline who was a soldier for the imperial army he died in battle, so all of it went to the child, but his nanny was also killed because of the new Emperor outlaw orphanages in provinces he was sent to Skyrim to Rifton to the honour orphanage when it was old enough, she just kicked him out. No one knew he chosen destiny as the Dragon, it was fed him, and Rigmor with destiny to meet on that faithful day after Aldwin attacked and you know the rest of the story
Hell nah lmao The mod is big and unique and the idea is there but it’s so bad it’s lowkey funny I found myself cringing at it 98% of the time playing it, the other 2% was me feeling nostalgic in Cyrodiil
Rigmor is one of those mods i consider: "Whack mods". By which i mean that they are impressive and fun, but in no way really fit the vibe of skyrim. Other mods that would fit in this category i can think of are: - maids 2 - there is no umbra - that zombie apocalypse mod
I suppose it's true that I'm projecting my own experiences too much. The modding team for ArmA 3 I was a part of sort of fell apart, and has not produced any content since my departure despite me having left a fully functional config for new content as a goodbye. Either way, I'm always happy to hear (or see) that work is progressing!
Acabei de terminar Rigmor of Cyrodiil... Eu amei cada segundo desse mod, eu simplesmente achei perfeito, eu nunca pensei q minha experiência ia ser tão perfeita, tão satisfatória, APENAS NOSSA, Q MOD INCRÍVEL
It sounds to me that this being a stand alone mod using Beyond Skyrim's assets is self defeating, and would in fact be far better being a sub-mod for Beyond Skyrim. I don't want to have to do two separate playthroughs to enjoy this content, I want to extend my existing playthrough, continually revisiting Skyrim as new lands to explore and new quests to fulfil are released.
I'm very excited to see Cyrodiil in Rigmor of Tamriel. I want to see the new cities like Leyawiin and Kvatch, as well as other provinces like High Rock and Hammerfell. If I'm not mistaken, they also mentioned something about Black Marsh. I know that the other provinces won't have all the cities and they won't be the most detailed maps, but it will still be a very interesting experience. The Beyond Skyrim team hasn't finished the Cyrodiil project yet, and logically, we players of the Xbox version of Skyrim won't have access to Beyond Skyrim: Cyrodiil when it releases. But thanks to Jim and his team, we'll have something similar to entertain us. I think Jim should eventually release a standalone version of the Cyrodiil map, with all the cities, NPCs, and interiors but without quests or anything like that-just the map. This would reduce the space needed to download the map; he should do the same with other maps, for example: Roscrea, Hammerfell, and High Rock. For instance: "Tamriel Map: Roscrea" could be a standalone land mod where he could detail the place more, add more locations, and maybe some mini quests. Or "Tamriel Map: Cyrodiil," where he could add more cities, more NPCs, and more "decorations" on the map, and of course add some mini quests. When I talk about mini quests in these maps, I mean small quests like in the Missives mod-simple quests to encourage players to explore the map. Anyway, it's just an idea of mine. I hope that one day I have the opportunity to talk to Jim to discuss some ideas for future mods.
Thank you for the update. I consider the Rigmor mods to be among the best or the best quest mods for Skyrim; so I will be looking forward to playing all three of them together. The Rigmor Series could even be "sold" to Bethesda as a full DLC proyect for Skyrim V.
Having Kvatch is interesting because my dragonborn is supposed to be a survivor of its destruction until he entered oblivion on a lone crusade to kill as many daedra as he could (He is in his early twenties and was in a blind rage) after watching both his parents and young sister die at the hands of the daedra. I hope there will be a dialogue option that can delve deep in to the story behind the dragonborn's past. To be frank, I was disappointed at the massive cliffhanger of Rigmor Of Cyrodiil but it was amazing, i will definitely replay it.
I watched all the Rigmor mods on your channel, I am really looking forward to this! George, what do you think of the Dawi (Warhammer) Dwarf mod? I am currently testing it so I can play my Balder's Gate EE Dwarven Defender in Skyrim SE. It looks like it will be fun.
Despise the criticism the mod has, is one of my favourites story quest mods around basically for two things that for me are refreshing. 1- Rigmor's mod is about Rigmor. She is the protagonist and the main focus of the story, we are the support. Yes we play a big rol in many events and do most of the job but all the prophecies are about Rigmor. I found that great, for once im not the one saving the universe...again...is a thing that many others mods do, and i like it, but after a time i can get a bit tired of being the chosen one, fighting big bad evils and daedric princes. 2- I really like the idea of making a trilogy mod. I dont know why but i simply enjoy that, maybe the idea of a big story i don know...is the same reason i like Vicn mods as well (Vigilant, Unslaad and Glenmoril creator)
I mean, you ARE saving the world here too, given you do it alongside a group of people you become closer with to the point of a big family in ROB you are def a support, in ROC you get to be the secondary protagonist, Rigmor being the champion of Azura and believed to be the chosen empress while you are dragonblood and a force only those with divine or daedric influence can hope to match (thinking about it, ROB seems more like a beginning adventure spite of strong enemies and ROC is more like endgame)
@@yep1486 well RoB events technically is at the same time of the dragon crisis, so that is the reason of being a beggining story. In RoC since five years pass, we are by that time the Dragonborn hero who slain Alduin years ago. Now im curious about the the idea that again pass five years between RoC and RoT...so, ten years since we were the young hero who defeat Alduin.
@@GamerHL2 I think Dragonborn will either be stronger, like post Dawnguard/Dragonborn DLC events be it having done those or be considered as strong as if you had done those or nerfed cuz you've spent years away from fighting and duss is rusty and gives a reason to why x things would be a threat to you outside armies or daedric influence and who knows, maybe in opposed to a spport/mentor/ally or shared protagonist role Dragonborn will be like that parental figure who though display powers that could take down the threat relatively easily, ultimatly how it ends is up to your daughter
Really looking forward to this. I know Rigmor has her haters, but I love the series. They are the only mods I have played more than once. Has anyone else tried RoC using "Dragonborn Voice Over"? It's a whole new experience being able to actually talk to the other characters.

I send some of my ideas to her and asked her to send it to Jim, she marked my comment with a heart, but idk if she has send it to him, I hope so, let me tell you an idea that I have for a DLC for Rigmor of Tamriel. Rigmor of Tamriel: Dragon Father (idk what would be the name) This DLC would take place after the events of rigmor of Tamriel after the events we (the Dragonborn Emperor) would be attacked by some cultists (the ones from Miraak DLC), we would kill them and find a letter (the letter from the DLC) then Blackwell would advise us to go to Solstheim to find this "Miraak", we would go there, the DLC would happen normally and in the end, instead of us getting back to the Skal Village after killing Miraak, we would be trapped in Apocrypha and we would be the puppet of Herma Mora, some years would pass by and the DB would be trying to escape Apocrypha but he wouldn't succeed, then, he would try to make a rebelion inside Apocrypha with the help of some seekers until one day while he was talking to the seekers, a woman with blonde here wearing the same armor that Rigmor used in the battle of Whiterun would apper (it was ment to be a parallel, like Miraak when he meet the dragonborn), then they would talk and the woman would say her name... Kintyra. The main plot of the DLC would be Kyntara trying to safe her father from herma mora. I think it would be a massive DLC for Rigmor of Tamriel and it would make sense because in the Lore of TES 5, the dragonborn wouldn't come back from Apocrypha, we just come back because of Gameplay reasons.

Literally finished ROB yesterday and was gonna start ROC later on in my playthrough. I’ve been wondering when or even if this third mod was being worked on so I’m pleasantly surprised.
While I'm not really the biggest fan of Rigmor, I oddly enjoyed the playthroughs a lot. Rewatched them a bunch of times now. There's a wonky charm to it all and obviously a lot of love went into it. Might give the whole thing a go on a toned down modded game and experience it for myself. I'm morbidly curious about the female DB's version of it all.
Just noticing some mods you haven’t covered before, Unslaad (now that it’s complete) and Glenmoril (although the final act isn’t complete) Unslaad however has side quests and exploration beyond the main quest since it’s complete, and Glenmoril has side quests in the final act
Only thing I’m worried about is that when it releases I might not be in my 3-4 months Skyrim hyper obsession phase and by the time I get back into the game, playing the mod would’ve slipped my mind
Anyways, I'm really anxious for this release, I can't wait to see if I'm right or not.
i still remember the second mod, when the VA who voices Rigmor was yelling at lord blackwell i think was his name and you could suddenly hear her NY accent in that scene lol, she does a great job in all of the mod, but i just found this part funny because you can clearly hear the accent when she's yelling but no other time can you hear it. anyway i loved the story of this mod, but it was so linear with no room for much exploration, i wish there was more exploring, but i did really enjoy the story when i didn't run into any bugs or glitches that broke the quest. i guess the only part i didn't enjoy all that much was the boat ride back to skyrim, but mostly because i ran into so many glitches that caused the quest to bug out constantly having to reload and pray that it worked eventually.
yeah i also don't like set release dates for mods, because after a while it just starts to feel like they will never be released, i mean i remember back in 2014 when they said they would release skyblivion, but it was delayed again and again and again. it's best to just avoid having these release dates because shit happens and sometimes things don't work out and get delayed. i don't want to be in the situation of the delayed carrot, but at the same time they frequently released dev diary's so they could continue with recruitment videos, and that's fine because it shows why it's being delayed and what they need to get it to move along faster.
It was a 'DLC' of the RoC mod. Though at the time of the reboot for RoC it's in the mod proper. For the sake of no spoilers if you're interested, just think of it as an 'Epilogue' to RoC. And set up for RoT
i am so thrilled for the last part. The Rigmor series has been one of my favorite quest mods. the author just went so in depth with characters and their personalities, and it was one of the first mods i ever played. I’m so happy to see RoT wasn’t abandoned, and as someone who’s favorite Province (and game) is Cyrodiil and Oblivion, i cannot wait to the the final cities. Well I am really looking forward to this. I played the prequels and I liked them. Granted they weren't perfect but roc certainly improved a lot in terms of quality as well as optimization in comparison to rob especially the redux version.
I was just browsing this mod yesterday. I didn't like the second part but loved the first may give it ago again eventually since I love the Game Of Throne vibes

I've been in touch with the author over the years, and we've always had a good relationship. I had seen some of the progress updates on their Patreon and asked if I would be able to make a video on it, they wound up giving me a ton more info to help with it as well

looks great just wonder how the story mode goes, war against the dominion, some more politics, wonder if there is alot of interaction with the chancellor for the emperor, he is one of my favorite characters display some of the emperor's job, etc.
Between this, Beyond Skyrim, Skyblivion, and Odysseus of the Dragonborn its clear how much the 4th game impacted people.
@@5226-p1eI believe he mean Odyssey of the Dragonborn. From the same team who are responsible for Legacy of the Dragonborn.
@@blazingsandwich1234
oh i didn't know it was from the same team, now i have played legacy of the dragonborn and i kind of liked that mod, but i think it focused a bit too much on the artifacts stuff that it made the gameplay more of a chore and less about the story with that aspect, so i hope the Odyssey of the dragonborn isn't as repetitive in that regard.
but i will say that the mod overall had a great presentation and great quality to detail, and had some good voice actors and addons to it.
when i first played ROC i ran into lots of bugs, but they were mostly my fault but i didn't know about some animation mods were not allowed as they would conflict, but after i got that figured out, i really started loving the mod.
in the ending battle i chose to use my bend will shout to spare the lives of the other army to my side, and this was not an intentional outcome of the mod but i was surprised it worked and i loved how it added to the overall story of the mod because the Empire were not really the enemy, they were just following the orders of their Emperor, it was the corrupt leaders, such as the illegitimate sitting Emperor and his vampire queen AKA the daughter of Molag Bal.
in the main story they mention that the solders of the Empire they don't want them all dead because they know this will weaken the Empire against their true enemy, Morag Bal and they need the numbers of solders for the coming war.
now i don't know for sure where Jim is going to take the story, but i suspect that it will involve either the player playing as the last dragonborn Emperor or perhaps playing as the child who was born to the dragonborn Emperor and queen Rigmor, maybe they skip out on the parts of the story involving the child growing up or maybe they will involve the player the last dragonborn to die but move that role into the child as a story that starts from a new beginning through the child.
anyway this is just my theory, i have no idea the direction Jim is going, i will probably still like the story regardless.

Definitely lore breaking, voice acting could be improved and heaps of cliches.
However, you can tell that they love this project, and they put a lot of thought into it. Which us something I love.
As someone that’s not very knowledgeable on the lore of Elderscrolls, how is it lore breaking?
@@phantomgamez117 I can not really say without ruining the story, but one such example is that those born with dragon blood or Dragonborn kill their mothers at birth. This is totally the mod doing its own thing.
@@Billmaster115 that’s really weird….
(Note: Elder Scroll lore is very vast and I may have made mistake but this is my crude understanding since I started playing Skyrim and never played previous games)
Regarding Rigmor lore breaking they tell in story that every mother who gave a birth to a DB dies a gruesome death which is inaccurate since there are many Emperor wives who gave birth to DB child didn't die at all but rather die at a normal way. **[Spoilers]** They tell the same thing to us the player aka LDB that's how our mother died because we have no knowledge of the past. Rigmor trilogy here is that she is destined to start the Dragon Emperor legacy by reforging the amulet of the kings. The voice acting was maybe the best I have seen in Skyrim mods. Some cliches sure. Considering it was all free, I consider myself very lucky to have played this.

Dragonborn - "I have brought peace, freedom, justice, and security to my new Empire!"
Everyone Listening - "Why does that sound so ominous?"

Looking forward to Rigmor of Tamriel, more politics, and living the ultimate Dragonborn Emperor fantasy haha. Can't wait to try this out! The series is just extraordinary.
Imagen an area where you fight an Akavir general and in a dual beat him to gain cooperation against the Aldmire dominion or the big antagonist
like instead of a big army this time we have elite fighters this time from each place we visit and go against something like an elven king before he can start a world-scaled war out of the blue

I was just replaying Rigmor after a long time lol, this is awesome!
I cant wait! You are the reason i decided to try Rigmor of Bruma/Cyrodiil.
I tend to play through ROG alot and I go back to your videos to view my progress on the story
I am very excited for ROT's release and will prob spend atleast 10 playthroughs going through it

Such a good mod series.
agreed, and that the dragonborn thing tied into lore and felt ambiguous instead of "because you can shout" so I got to make my character gain a transcendent humanoid dragon form by the end and feel the impact
the locations are nice, and as said now the dragonborn has a place and people to call home that they made along the way
One of the best mods Skyrim has ever seen.
I am so thrilled for the final part!!
In my opinion some of the plots of RoT will be:
First of all I think an invasion from Akavir will happen and we would have to go to High Rock and Hammerfell to ask for help, Potema will be High Queen of High Rock, Tish will be the leader of a new Orc Stronghold, Potema would do something really bad and we will have to kill her, Hammerfell on the other hand, wouldn't trust the Empire because of the events of the first Great War, and we (the DB Emperor) would have to convince the High King of Hammerfall to help us in the defence of Tamriel, we would have to go to Skyrim and talk to Elisif and warn her about the Akaviri invasion (Skyrim would be envaded as well)
The Akaviri would join forces with the Thalmor and we would meet Carmeus (the Thalmor that helped us fight the vampire woman) and we will discover that he is the son of Tilar Aedriath! (That would be a massive plot)
Second of all, Kintyra is a Dragonborn, we probably would have to teach her some shouts and everything, I think it will be a mission where he will use a shout or a mission where we will teach her a shout.
The next thing is "Who Killed the Emperor Titus Mede II?"
Someone (Potema maybe? Or someone from the Elder Council) will try to tell everyone that we (the DB) was the one who killed the Emperor, we would have a option to deny it or accept (it would be a critical choice)
The neravarine would apper to fight us or help us (Maybe he joined the Akaviri or he will ask for your help in the defence of Morrowind)
Some stuff that I would really like is the Dragons coming back again, but this time, to help the mortals win the war with the Akaviri, Kintyra could be a "Chosen one" and just bend the will of the Dragons to help her father win the war and protected Tamriel, just imagine, Paarthunarx landing in the Imperial City and Kintyra talking to him and then we all would discoverd that she was the chosen one of Akatosh to rule over the dragons, that would be awesome right?
I hope we can get a DLC for Rigmor of Tamriel in the next year, I'm not ready to say goodbye to Rigmor yet.
Anyways, I'm really anxious for this release, I can't wait to see if I'm right or not.
I love the series so far and I eagerly await the new installment
Great explanation 👌 Can't wait for this
Kovach my character is from there, originally how it worked.
Wow, I understand nothing of what you said

Rigmor series deserves to be in the top rated 5 mods for skyrim ever made
HAHA, no.
Hell nah lmao
The mod is big and unique and the idea is there but it’s so bad it’s lowkey funny
I found myself cringing at it 98% of the time playing it, the other 2% was me feeling nostalgic in Cyrodiil
Rigmor is literally among the most hated mods

These mods are canon for me. I simply cannot play skyrim anymore without Rigmor mods. I can't wait for the third part.
I don't care what Bethesda will do for TES 6, Rigmor saga is TES 6 for me.
That view of Bruma was awesome I love the way it looks!
Rigmor is one of those mods i consider:
"Whack mods".
By which i mean that they are impressive and fun, but in no way really fit the vibe of skyrim.
Other mods that would fit in this category i can think of are:
- maids 2
- there is no umbra
- that zombie apocalypse mod
There is no Umbra is unironically one of my favorite romance mods. It's both cheesy and sweet
Ooooo...A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one
YES iv been waiting for news on the last part of the series!
As one of my first Skyrim mods ever experienced (rigmor of cyrodil and rigmor of bruma) I am so hyped for the last one is the trilogy.
8:58 At first I thought you said "67 years".. I was like what ? then I replayed it and it was "6 to 7 years" lol.
I've been waiting for this.
A little worried lately, the last update was December 23rd that I know...
Oh, yeah. Here we go.
2 months, you are already worried after 2 months?
@@K_1_T_S_U_N_EA little. A lot can happen. I've made mods myself, so it's born of experience.
The mod is moving along. It's a ton of work, but he's on it.
@@SGTcz90cz I really doubt there's anything to worry about. He makes updates on a 2-3 month basis anyway.

So far it looks fabulous!
Yeah! Credits in the description, haha! Can't wait to release all soundtracks for the public. Some of them are overkill, haha.
I'd like this mod to include all the shops so you can buy new weapons and armor and I'd like to see the arena as a playable questline.
I mean, you ARE saving the world here too, given you do it alongside a group of people you become closer with to the point of a big family
in ROB you are def a support, in ROC you get to be the secondary protagonist, Rigmor being the champion of Azura and believed to be the chosen empress while you are dragonblood and a force only those with divine or daedric influence can hope to match (thinking about it, ROB seems more like a beginning adventure spite of strong enemies and ROC is more like endgame)
@@GamerHL2 I think Dragonborn will either be stronger, like post Dawnguard/Dragonborn DLC events be it having done those or be considered as strong as if you had done those
or nerfed cuz you've spent years away from fighting and duss is rusty and gives a reason to why x things would be a threat to you outside armies or daedric influence
and who knows, maybe in opposed to a spport/mentor/ally or shared protagonist role Dragonborn will be like that parental figure who though display powers that could take down the threat relatively easily, ultimatly how it ends is up to your daughter

Rigmor of Tamriel: Dragon Father (idk what would be the name)
This DLC would take place after the events of rigmor of Tamriel after the events we (the Dragonborn Emperor) would be attacked by some cultists (the ones from Miraak DLC), we would kill them and find a letter (the letter from the DLC) then Blackwell would advise us to go to Solstheim to find this "Miraak", we would go there, the DLC would happen normally and in the end, instead of us getting back to the Skal Village after killing Miraak, we would be trapped in Apocrypha and we would be the puppet of Herma Mora, some years would pass by and the DB would be trying to escape Apocrypha but he wouldn't succeed, then, he would try to make a rebelion inside Apocrypha with the help of some seekers until one day while he was talking to the seekers, a woman with blonde here wearing the same armor that Rigmor used in the battle of Whiterun would apper (it was ment to be a parallel, like Miraak when he meet the dragonborn), then they would talk and the woman would say her name...

Recommend you play RoC as the very last thing you want to do on your playthrough
Just noticing some mods you haven’t covered before, Unslaad (now that it’s complete) and Glenmoril (although the final act isn’t complete)
Unslaad however has side quests and exploration beyond the main quest since it’s complete, and Glenmoril has side quests in the final act
Waiting on the full English voiced versions, otherwise it really won't be as interesting for videos.
Ah that makes complete sense, and the robotic voice can get annoying sometimes ahah
Only thing I’m worried about is that when it releases I might not be in my 3-4 months Skyrim hyper obsession phase and by the time I get back into the game, playing the mod would’ve slipped my mind

i still remember the second mod, when the VA who voices Rigmor was yelling at lord blackwell i think was his name and you could suddenly hear her NY accent in that scene lol, she does a great job in all of the mod, but i just found this part funny because you can clearly hear the accent when she's yelling but no other time can you hear it.
anyway i loved the story of this mod, but it was so linear with no room for much exploration, i wish there was more exploring, but i did really enjoy the story when i didn't run into any bugs or glitches that broke the quest.
i guess the only part i didn't enjoy all that much was the boat ride back to skyrim, but mostly because i ran into so many glitches that caused the quest to bug out constantly having to reload and pray that it worked eventually.
yeah i also don't like set release dates for mods, because after a while it just starts to feel like they will never be released, i mean i remember back in 2014 when they said they would release skyblivion, but it was delayed again and again and again.
it's best to just avoid having these release dates because shit happens and sometimes things don't work out and get delayed. i don't want to be in the situation of the delayed carrot, but at the same time they frequently released dev diary's so they could continue with recruitment videos, and that's fine because it shows why it's being delayed and what they need to get it to move along faster.

@@JKERNE_UNKOWN Also to addon to your Hammerfell theory Amon of Rihad will help us convince the High King of Hammerfell to join us
@@JKERNE_UNKOWN Also i have a theory at somepoint we will meet Rigmor's Father Ragnar somehow

Words cannot describe how exited I am for this!! The Emperor of Tamriel is coming for the Thalmor's ass!!

I am excited for the mod, I really like the characters and story, but I am sad that it will most likely be the end of the story.
Well I am really looking forward to this. I played the prequels and I liked them. Granted they weren't perfect but roc certainly improved a lot in terms of quality as well as optimization in comparison to rob especially the redux version.
need this soon bro istg
I think you have some Tamriel on your Skyrim
It’s back!
this looks really really good
Hope this comes out in December.
Also, do you know of any cool quest mods that add new lands to explore? Thanks.
I LOVE RIGS
I am so hype and so happy.🎉
I was just browsing this mod yesterday. I didn't like the second part but loved the first may give it ago again eventually since I love the Game Of Throne vibes
Do you get sent updates for this stuff because seeing mods from other creators that haven't been released but seeing how it is on your channel is cool so we can have looks at it is so far
I've been in touch with the author over the years, and we've always had a good relationship. I had seen some of the progress updates on their Patreon and asked if I would be able to make a video on it, they wound up giving me a ton more info to help with it as well
@@0periodproductions Do you have an idea of the development progress currently? ❤

Yes can't wait
looks great just wonder how the story mode goes, war against the dominion, some more politics, wonder if there is alot of interaction with the chancellor for the emperor, he is one of my favorite characters display some of the emperor's job, etc.
