- Welcome back to our channel, where we're taking your snacking game to a whole new level! In today's video, we're diving into the world of smoky, savory goodness as we show you how to make your very own BBQ Beef Jerky. Say goodbye to store-bought jerky, because once you've tried this homemade version, there's no turning back!
We cooked this flank steak for about 2 hours in the big green egg at approximately 225 degrees to give it a great smoke flavor. Once done on the BBQ we sliced the steak against the grain and placed it in the dehydrator for 6 hours at 165.
Remove from the dehydrator and enjoy!
