It's not historic but hysterical. Nobody should be living there. Nobody lived there before air conditioning and its always flooded there. Just happens nobody used to live there with all the modern conveniences like cameras and car

It can’t be unprecedented as it flooded 7 years ago in 2015 at Scotty’s Castle where apparently 3” of rain fell when that storm stalled over the town.
