recipes from this video:
chai baked oatmeal
heat 1/2 c. oatmilk in pot
add 2 teabags and let steep for 10 min.
pour chai milk over 2/3 c. oats
stir in 1 tsp baking powder
add 1 tbsp vegan cream cheese to center
bake for 15 min. in 350 F oven
vegan browned butter banana muffins
heat 2 tbsp. vegan butter in pot
add 2 tbsp. (or more) coconut or brown sugar
and 1/4 c. oat milk
let boil until mixture thickens
pour butter mixture over 2 mashed bananas
add 1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
bake for 15-20 min. in 350 F oven

to be honest, if my friends cancelled the walk. i would've been disappointed and gone back to bed either way and probably started overthinking instead of sleeping. but you, you find beauty in everything else and it all comes from deep within yourself. i wish i was at so much peace and want for my own company that the world remained beautiful despite the absence of getting to share it with someone. i think i am too dependent on other people to remain content. you have me taught so much within your time here on UA-cam. every time something doesn't go the way you wanted planned or desired you remain intact and so composed for what is to come. and sometimes it turns out even better. 'Can't go for a walk with a friend, lets jump from rock to rock, go on an adventure, lay on the ground for a couple of minutes all while the sun rises" And to me all of this, all of you is so beautiful to me.
Although I'm not someone who is fond of doing shared/group activities and feels better with a company of friends and family, yet I don't think that it's a necessarily bad thing if you feel more at ease, comfortable with a group of people rather than doing something on your own. I believe that it is okay to experience a certain amount of dependency as long as it is not out of balance. People are different some feel better, recharge their energy and thrive when they are within a company of other people, be it, family or friends, while some thrive and feel good by simply being on their own and of course, there are people who are a lil bit of both. The key is to keep everything balanced and under control, not letting anything overwhelm you and get to you too much. I am someone who gets annoyed and frustrated when faced with spontaneity and unplanned turn of events, but life, in general, can be really ambiguous and arbitrary, sometimes even the most well-planed things can go wrong so I'm trying to work on my flexibility

Halle - back in April I started getting up at 6am 6 days a week walking for.a minimum of one hour each day - this weekend I went for 2 hours each day
I can’t tell u how it has changed my life - being out in nature and seeing the sunrise each morning - has given me a better perspective of life in these crazy COVID times and the best part it has given me an energy burst that lasts all day. So I would encourage u to walk more especially after seeing the beauty of the place where u walked

This inspires me to at least try waking up a little earlier to go walking before really starting my day! In fact, I'm going to do this tomorrow morning and by writing this down it seems more like a plan instead of just one of those things you want to change but never really get around to it. @@annehoskam1102 Anne I wish u the best of luck in getting out and start walking - the one bit advise I would give u is to start slow - go 20 to 30 minutes and build up slowly from there - most people I have found over do it at the beginning and don’t enjoy it because they are so sore.
