Go for mostly whole foods and a good mix of macros. Have some carbs, have some protein, have some fat. Some fast carbs like a banana are good directly after training. Later go for potatoes or grains and stuff. Protein I'd recommend to take mostly from legumes (beans, tofu...) as we have a climate crisis and meat ist not sustainable. Fat should contain some omega 3 like for example rape seed oil. If most of what you eat is not or low processed you will get all the micros on top.
Why did Louis keep trying that same problem? He kept getting to the top but then would fall off, frustrated... He matched he top hold, what else was he trying to achieve??
He needs to control that match for a couple seconds or if he has obvious control he can elaborate on that by just tapping it but he would only do that if he knew he had it in the bag.
