I to have mental health problems and have been up and down trying to deal with the codvid19. The lock down on my own, here in the UK. Thank you so much for this. How wonderful to hear such insightful, intelligent, perceptive voices that take us out of the vicious whirlwind of our inner mind and point out what we can do to calm the storm. I am lucky that although I'm most often not paying attention/consciously connecting that the universe totally has my back, and I need reminders from connected beings like yourselves to tell me to stop and breathe and pay attention. Because when I do, I see the spirit energies all around me. It's pretty awesome.
