These turned out great. I made malai soya chaaps from these. It was delicious. Its just after boiling them they were kind of less binding. I saw another video where they also used equal part of maida alongwith wheat wheat flour i guess it will be more market like and more stretchy...

Thanks chef, its very nice recipe i have came across . BTW the gluten you made, we sindhi community are making since ages and call it Mukand Vadi. Our older generations use to make mukand vadi in gravy. But in those days gluten was achieved by keeping/washing atta dough in running water until water stopped leaving white color but today better technique is used by soaking in warm water for three times. Thanks again sharing a excellent recipe
