    Recipe and ingredients:
    1 kg pork breast.
    Rinse well and pat dry with a paper towel.

    Black pepper.
    Chili flakes.
    Bay leaf.
    4 cloves of garlic, pressed with a garlic press.
    2 teaspoons Ajika.
    Rub the brisket well with the spices.
    Cover with cling film.
    Let marinate for 1 hour.
    2 whole garlic cloves.
    Place on foil and drizzle with vegetable oil.
    Wrap in foil.
    Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
    1 hour later.
    2 tablespoons mustard.
    1 tablespoon horseradish.
    Mix well.
    Brush generously with the prepared sauce.
    Wrap in parchment paper.
    Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
    3-4 potatoes.
    Cut into thin slices.
    Grease a baking tray with butter.
    Place a layer of potatoes on the bottom.
    40 minutes later.
    Rub the roasted garlic through a sieve.
    I grated both cloves of garlic.
    1/2 teaspoon salt.
    1/3 teaspoon thyme.
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
    50 ml vegetable oil.
    Mix well.
    Brush the surface with the garlic sauce.
    Grate Parmesan cheese finely.
    Place the second layer of potatoes on top.
    Spread with the sauce.
    Grate the Parmesan.
    Place a third layer of potatoes.
    Repeat the process one more time.
    Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
    40 minutes later.
    Open the parchment paper.
    Bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C.
    Our delicious, appetizing and very tasty dinner is ready.
