when you are out of breath you don't have to wait for your character to stop on his own. As soon as your stam bar isn't red anymore you can ADS and hold breath and it will shut him up like 2 second faster.

A lot of pros will never use the heal menu because buying meds from therapist and healing gives you way more xp and skills in healing :)
good to know! does healing outside of raids give xp? or do they go into another raid injured and then heal up? i genuinely dont understand a lot of how to get exp in certain skills

Rats and exit campers are the reasons why Tarkov sucks, it cant be the 33k cheaters that BSG banned and is probably already back on the game with new accounts, lol
Is it annoying to be killed by someone ratting or exit camping? Yeah, sometimes it is. Is exit camping and ratting ruining the game? Nah, just learn to check your surroundings when you're extracting, and if you get killed anyways, GGs its just a game, it dont get that serious 😂
