To be fair the devs themselves added both the snapshot grenades and the AS Val’s ridiculous penetration so he’s not exactly doing anything wrong lol.
There's a big difference between stream sniping (if there's no delay and even with one) vs using a snapshot nade and seeing them for A second.
The nade you physically have to throw and be at least in sight of the area they appear to take advantage. Stream sniping you could just go "he's going this way, I'll wait for him"
As a streamer you aren't aware if someone is doing it. The Snapshot has a counter (battle hardened) and it doesn't last that long. You COULD defend yourself if they aren't wall banging

9x39 is already a subsonic round, but the standard ammo is also AP, making the AS VAL/VSS Vintorez a very expensive weapon to run in games like DAY Z and Escape From Tarkov, especially EFT where the last shot POP and impact noises are a dinner bell to every PMC that hears it
