There is literally nothing wrong with this song. It is as close as you can get to perfect in a musical sense. Rob's songwriting, especially for a usually unoriginal genre, is unbelievable. It takes the best of several different genres and makes something amazing. Nothing like Pendulum.
i know its an 11 year old comment but i strongly agree. Honestly there is more flavor to a song with heartful lyrics.

Tomás Mccann There is absolutely no playback at pendulum live shows, this aint britney spears. The lead singer (rob) sometimes is using a vocoder, to adjust his voice a little for some songs.

It's amazing how he sounds just like he does on the album. Amazing vocals!
That's basically because Rob is a pretty damn competent recording and mix engineer! He uses all the same vocal effects live, tweaked to sound right in the context of a live mix. Plus he's not pushing the limits of his voice in the studio, so hes able to pull it off live with relative ease. It's too easy with a lot of bands to wonder why the vocals don't sound as good live, and it's usually because the vocals are processed in a way they can't pull off (or the sound engineers can't be bothered to pull off) live, as well as writing vocal parts which are tricky to hit in the studio. Trying to sing massively difficult vocal parts live every night often doesn't work so well!
The acoustic part at the end will always be my favourite part of this song.. And live is even better! Rob sounds perfect this whole song..

The last part, starting from 3:40 is so beautiful, yet so sad. I freakin' love this song, and this life performance is beyond compare!! I'll never forget seeing them perfrom back in 2014, one of the best shows I've ever been to.

one of the things that makes a band good live is the interaction with the public, and as you can see in this and every other video of them live the MC always gets the crowd jumping and adds a little improvise to their music and that's also what makes them awesome live

2024, 10 days after I came back from London and seeing them play the O2 Arena... My God, I was excited like a kid on Christmass, and had an absolutely amazing time! 💙💙💙 But I do miss MC Verse - I've met him twice when he and EL Hornet came to Bulgaria for DJ sets, he was the sweetest guy. (El Hornet too.)
