I was in the Navy for 5 years, and though I never got to see you perform, I heard from others you were great. I recorded your performance of "My Hands" at New Year's back in the 90's, and was all kinds of sad when I lost it in a house fire. It was so amazing and I can't find it on youtube. I hope you're doing well these days, Jewel. Lol you were my first celebrity crush and after all this time I still really appreciate your music so of course I really just hope you're having a good life. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio so unfortunately I probably won't be seeing any of your shows, but if you ever swing this way, I'll definitely be there!
