The moment at 1:38 how do you pull the belt off so easily? I tried and mine won’t come off. Should I pull harder ? Otherwise thank you for great video.
@@desertleo4297 generally its best practice to remove negative first so you don't accidentally short the battery to ground via the chassis/body of the bike. The "body" is connected to the negative terminal of a battery so that any body bolt can be used for ground on any other circuit (cars and bikes). Disconnecting negative first means the body is no longer an active ground for all the circuits, and thus, you cant accidentally short anything by leaning wrong/placing a tool in the wrong place. Disconnecting positive first can leave the possibility of say, a wrench falling and landing on both metal on the bike, and the positive on the battery, causing a short, sparks and potentially a fire. Disconnect negative first and this cannot happen near as easily
