Sometimes when cleaning rubber wheels the brown or gray mold release agent is very difficult to get off. This is why Adam's has developed a more reliable Tire and Rubber Cleaner. Caked on dirt, mold release, or anything stuck to your rubber will not stand a chance against Adam's Polishes Tire & Rubber Cleaner. As you can see displayed in the video the mold release on the tires comes right off leaving the rubber with a dark, rich black color. I would actually love to see a 50/50 shot of the Tire and Rubber Cleaner vs All Purpose Cleaner.
I'd say the tire and rubber is more for super dirty tires where all purpose would be your usual tire cleaner.
Been using Adam's Polishes since 2006, finally they have a dedicated rubber cleaner. APC wasn't cutting it for me, didn't sud up as much as I wanted. I'll be purchasing this for sure.

As for just tires I love LA. Totally Awesome for a $1.00 at your local Dollar Tree.
Cleans like mad, leaving your tires dark black.
Doesn't hurt clear coated wheels.
32oz bottle for a buck, if you never tried it give it a go, you'll be amazed at the crud that just starts dripping within seconds.
Not sure how they make profit selling it so cheap , just the bottle and spryer is worth more than a dollar.

Bought this product because they highly recommended it it’s about 38° here in Colorado used it on my tires today sprayed all for scrubbed all four and when they dried they were brown still might’ve left them on a tad bit too long but any ideas why this would’ve happened I’m going to contact Adam’s tomorrow

my plastic cladding on my chevy avalanche is textured. should i use a soft brush to work this in with, instead of a rag like on the instructions.

Always loved Adams products and still buy/use them today but hate to say it....this stuff did not work. Bought it a few years ago to remove browning on brand new Michelin tires and this did not remove it.
Good stuff....spray 9 works good too,and cheaper.

Is this safe to use on the tread of the tire? I.e. Does it include any silicone additives that may impair traction or is it just a solvent/cleaner?
This is just a cleaner. The only thing that would have silicone additives to it would be a tire dressing.
Is it safe on polished aluminum rims
Super Clean used at full strength will produce the same results at a fraction of the price.
I really like how this product appears to perform! I am experiencing the same browning on my tires but I assumed it was dirt from off-roading. My rims have a ceramic coating though. Will this product damage that ceramic coating?

Exactly. You got it! It will remove oxidation and wax or polish residue making the trim nice and black. It also allows the VRT to last much longer.

It sure is. The new Tire and Rubber Cleaner is non-caustic so it won't damage anything clear coated.
