Since they're in the dark it's hard to see a body unless you got a flashlight, but if they had a hole or hid him under the bed, people can basically just commit a choke and put him in bed, take their super cool contraband, and start a riot
There was also a very compelling segment on this very topic on, “The UnXplained” hosted by William Shatner. Alvin Karpis wrote about the successful escape in his autobiography about his time in Alcatraz. They made it to South America and sent Xmas cards to the warden every year until he retired.
“At the age of 13, before he was old enough to buy cigarettes” ... you guys need to fact-check a little. Our high school had a smoking court. The age restricted cigarette laws weren’t enacted until at least the mid 1980s. So, yes, he was able to buy cigarettes at the age of 13. Parents sent their kids to the store to buy them all the time, back then.

Prison guards didn't live on the island. Morris and 2 Anglin brothers hitched a tow rope to the boat that ferried guards to Frisco after the afternoon shift ended. Ellsworth "Bumpy" Johnson was released in summer of '62. He picked up the 3 escapees at about the midway point between Alcatraz and Frisco with a motor boat. Remember, the FBI found their raft, but not their bodies. They were PROS....they worked out all these details ahead of time! I believe the Anglins mother DID get Xmas and birthday cards from Brazil!

The video stated, “He had a record before he was old enough to buy cigarettes”. In 1966 at the age of 6 l would often sent to the store to purchase cigarettes for my Dad. Back then were only cigarettes only $.35 a pack!
Its still the same price here in India 🤭
Great India!
I did the same in 1980 - something for my sis. I was 10 or 12 y/o. Cigarettes were $. 99 a pack.
Why didn’t they just go in the cell and see if there was something unusual on the wall?
Cuz it had never happened before💁🏻♂️
Have uh ever heard about the word "over confident" that what it was
100 subs With 1 video watch the movie escape from Alcatraz. They made it look the same.
Since they're in the dark it's hard to see a body unless you got a flashlight, but if they had a hole or hid him under the bed, people can basically just commit a choke and put him in bed, take their super cool contraband, and start a riot
You’d think the most secure prison would have better security than that

Dude I know Alcatraz ! It’s that zombie map in black ops 2

His other hand too.. How would you notice? Now I have to go back and count the fingers on everyone...
His dad was also his uncle
He's a Nephilim!😜Brilliant observation!
6 fingers lol
There are some people with 6 fingers.
Given all the evidence laid out right here they most definitely made it to shore and lived a good long life.
FBI: We just got a letter, we just got a letter, wonder who its fro- 😳
FBI: "Well shit. Get Johnson in here."
Oh dont get Johnson get Karen I'm sure she knows how to deal with criminals

There was also a very compelling segment on this very topic on, “The UnXplained” hosted by William Shatner. Personally, I’m not sure if they ever really succeeded in escaping from Alcatraz or not, but the many little known facts pointed to at least that it’s certainly possible. For your next video, can you tackle the whereabouts of D. B. Cooper, or where Jimmy Hoffa is buried now that a Cubs fan I know can no longer say he’s underneath Shea Stadium. 😇
Hey if those three are good working citizens and have reformed, I don’t mind.
Not to be a buzzkill, but anyone who's constantly running from the police is not going to be "reformed". These guys are going to have to commit all kinds of crimes to make a living while not getting caught.
@@alexanderfretheim5720 Not true. There have been cases of people escaping and living perfectly normal lives without harming or stealing.
@@alexanderfretheim5720 they weren't constantly running, the whole world thought they were dead.
John Anglin: *writes a letter*
FBI: Ah shit, here we go again.
I think it’s nice that the anglin brothers still sent letters and flowers to their mother and attended their parents funeral
Mythbusters season 2 episode 8 proved it was entirely possible to make the journey with the materiel's available at hand.
LMAO. Mythbusters is not the beacon of truth..
@@wjj8235 But they actually did it. So...
Similar story to the series "Escape" with the character Michael Scofield

I'm convinced they escaped and have lived their life free men. Good for them.
How to escape Alcatraz:
1. Download a hacked client
2. Turn on kill aura and bhop so you can start killing the guards
3. Turn on Fly and speed hack so you can fly faster than airplane
4. Turn on NoFall incase you hit the ground at 700m/s
Dont forget to use elytra and elytrafly
Believe me guys.. From the very first time I heard about the escape, I knew in my heart that they all made it.. Even though they were criminals, I just loved them and supported them for their great bravery and super work.. I knew they were living, even though the authorities gave all sorts of theories.. Well done I say to all three of them..

As the son of one of these men, I can tell you with no uncertainty that they made it. Living proof right here in East Texas

he was only sent there after he tried escaping his previous prison. so his crime was not theft but prison break.
@@s0me1up still he only tried once the others tried multiple times then was sent to Alcatraz
@@s0me1up breaking out of prison doesn't exactly make you dangerous though, at least not compared to murderers.
Alvin Karpis wrote about the successful escape in his autobiography about his time in Alcatraz. They made it to South America and sent Xmas cards to the warden every year until he retired.
Cool story bro, except Alcatraz closed less then one year after the escape, so probably not... unless by "every year" you meant once.
When you want to thank the prison that kept you there so you send them a letter
😂
thanks them for the rain jackets that made the escape possible
Lol
“At the age of 13, before he was old enough to buy cigarettes” ... you guys need to fact-check a little. Our high school had a smoking court. The age restricted cigarette laws weren’t enacted until at least the mid 1980s. So, yes, he was able to buy cigarettes at the age of 13. Parents sent their kids to the store to buy them all the time, back then.
Even without that, cigarette machines were everywhere.

Poor guy got betrayed. This is why the quote “one man for himself” exists.
They didn’t betray him he fucked it up for himself it’s not like they were going to wait on him and risk getting caught he covered his vent with cement
And it’s “Everyman for himself” not “one”

Prison guards didn't live on the island. Morris and 2 Anglin brothers hitched a tow rope to the boat that ferried guards to Frisco after the afternoon shift ended. Ellsworth "Bumpy" Johnson was released in summer of '62. He picked up the 3 escapees at about the midway point between Alcatraz and Frisco with a motor boat. Remember, the FBI found their raft, but not their bodies. They were PROS....they worked out all these details ahead of time! I believe the Anglins mother DID get Xmas and birthday cards from Brazil!
Plot twist:the narrator is a fbi official HE KNOWS TOO MUCH
