I am sure glad there's no room at all on our track I don't have to worry about adding scenery! O ware that dead spot is take one straight out of the layout and then with both lanes floored hold up a car on the tracks last section on each side and do this in both lanes on each end of the tracks listen for cars revs to slow down or sometimes you may not even have power at all to the last track, if no power in one lane or slower revving then hold up the car and move it down the track until you get power or hear is rev faster, if you find the part ware power comes on or the car revs faster on a track and the next track over power is slower or off then take out the track bend all contacts in it and on the other one it mates to and put it back and test if you got full power than bend all contact tabs on the section you first took out and on the tracks it joins to and you should get full power. Great job slot cars are many hobbies rolled into one. It's hard for me not to buy a car when I enter the hobby store. I was lucky and my wife told me to but the last one (Bluesmobile). Track on
