A small stall in the local market of Logroño (La Rioja, Spain) run by Alejandra Cordón and Ángel Gimeno. There began, in 1932, the history of Bacalaos Alejandra, a firm specialized in the production and distribution of salted and desalted gourmet cod cuts.
