If you ever wondered how all those talk shows make cuts of reporters saying wild stuff like that (John Oliver does it a lot), there are ressources where you find all transcripts of a show
You can key search for phrases the person directly said. and with an AI like chatgpt you can ask the ai to do that for you using the transcrips and then all you gotta do is cut them together

As an African American woman that was born and raised in Oklahoma I can say that this is not surprising at all. I remember being 4 years old and it was a park behind my house that my mom let go play at sometimes but she always told me " don't cross the bridge, it's KKK members that live over there. I was deathly terrified of that bridge.

Jordan would make a great permanent host. He has a great presence on camera, he is comfortable with the format and makes the viewer comfortable, and I believe with all the hard work the cast has put in over the years it would be nice to see someone who has worked hard to build the Daily Show slide into the spot Trevor left. Jordan definitely has the experience and seniority to fill those shoes.

I guess you'd have to make the assumption that everyone is like that unless proven otherwise, and act accordingly when you encounter them in situations where they have any power or control over you.

You would be surprised that the Federal Government does do this to many police stations with allegations like this. The problem is they would say yes the law enforcement and that particular agency is racially bias, but that's all they do is just state they are. No real accountability.

The only thing that surprises me is that none of my "friends" (acquaintances), family members, or schoolmates have ever starred on such secret recordings. I'm from Oklahoma, and this type of things happen all the time and these types of people will be protected. It is insane, hateful and they are the LAW. I have so many more stories of things like this happening, especially with law enforcement.
I too would have loved a trial and I am shocked and horrified at the Oklahoma recordings, but Jordan Klepper and Roy Wood still managed to put a smile on my face. They are too cool.

I like the Daily Show with the rotating hosts they've had in the last couple of months better than I ever did with Stewart and Noah. I think it keeps the show fresher as each host is really energized for their week, and they have so many talented people. I'd like to see them stay with it long term and spread the big money they could pay a single host around among all of the correspondents and others hosting the show.
They need to be held accountable.
I know I said before that Roy should have the show, but after seeing this I realize:
The chemistry between Roy and Jordan is something special. Create a co-anchor show with these two and you have the potential to reform the genre. It would be like Stewart/Colbert 3.0 (because 2.0 doesn't seem to do it justice).
Roy is just killing it, and Jordan has the wisdom to support him. I'd love to see someone with a deep understanding of gender politics get the show but Roy is just awesome in this roll.
Roy's the only one of these hosts that can make me consistently LOL. Jordan's interviews are excellent, and I can believe that I might get sick of RW's delivery (like, alas, I did with Samantha Bee's), but right now I'm still pulling for RW.

I think jordan is a better HOST than correspondent, but Wanda and Chelsea are still the best. (Chelsea was the NASTIEST of all, and we need more of that VICIOUS political snark in these dark days.)
Wanda was #1 for me (and I didn't like her until she hosted!) but she should have MEANER jokes like Chelsea did.
