This meditation is designed to open your heart to receive Love and to make space for loving relationships without fear. Sceletium also known as “Kanna” or “Kougoed” is a succulent, ground-cover plant with a long history of use by the San and Khoikhoi people of South Africa. Today, the plant has strong global recognition for its ability to promote a sense of well-being by relieving stress with calming effects. Current research has focused on the commercialisation of the plant because of its treatment in clinical anxiety and depression, psychological and psychiatric disorders, improving mood, promoting relaxation and happiness.
