Lots of tech money
Nice Video! Very informative.
I'm more interested in how the high schools are rated rather than elementary schools because it's more indicative of the overall educational ranking of the area.
Eanes which is 2 of the ZipCodes is rated really high. Dripping Springs is rated really high as well.
I just checked, Eanes ISD is the #1 rated school district in Texas. Westlake High School is the #6 best rated Public High School in Texas. Westlake HS is actually the #2 High School in the area though, #1 is the Liberal Arts & Science Academy which is a magnet school to the South East.

Personally I feel like many people in those neighborhoods are spending so much on a home and image. But I’d probably do it too if i could afford to hahaa.
It’s all about location. But, yeah. That’s expensive.
Yeah, not cheap!
Your best work yet!
What do these people do for a living?
Great question! Tech?
Lots of sales and many business owners.
Get a house north of Austin, the same sizes if not bigger, maybe not on an acre, but you would paying 1/2-1/3 of the price.
The American dream, live in debt.
If you make $250k, you may not be able to still live there haha
