    Very much 'Insight' !, thank you. There's a lot more to grooming than hair shaping ! I learned a lot more about sharpening than I ever would have if I had not digested your presentation. Thank you for your insight & experience ! 😀

    What is this “blue rouge” that you speak of and where can I get some as well as that large, curved rideline stone?

    Has anyone used the flat side of the 16" clipper sharpener with hook and loop sandpaper somehow to sharpen scissors? I'm looking into buying an arm with convex clamp to try.

    I notice a serration on the bottom blade (Geib gators) when sharpening I assume these serrations will be ground off.
    Is this a problem or do you need to add them back?

    I looked up how to sharpen scissors because I was told that it's kind of a secret, doesn't look very secretive to me haha

      @NorthernTailsSharpening  Рік тому +1

      It’s not secretive. Just harder than it looks. Shears get bent, dinged up and all sorts of things. If not trained on how to fix and what to look for you can really mess up someone’s expensive shear.

      @@NorthernTailsSharpening that makes sense, this doesn’t look like something that just anyone could do for sure!
