Here in Hawai'i we would typically use fish like halalu(young bigeye scad) or opelu(makeral scad) as chum. If not, most other fish should work as well. I seen guys use kahala(greater aberjack), roi(invasive peacock grouper), and some surgenfish species we have down here
Thanks man 🤙🏼 I’m just using the gopro hero 4 just switched to the hero 8. I only record during a dive so when I’m at the surface it’s not on. So it usually lasts me my entire dive, which is usually 4-5 hours on average. Just gotta remember to turn it on and off
@@wakeupandlive3386 I usually do the same but most of the time forget to hit record on the good drops🤦🏽♂️anyways killah video braddah🔥🔥 keep poundin🤙🏽
Keep up the "Selective" action, wish more diver's would only select what their spearing for and NOT RAKING UP the Ocean.... Need to Educate the NEW GUns of being selective in their catches.. Old Skool Styles.....

@@braddahkuponz Thanx bro,I'll try it with grey mullet or blue runner
The last fish he shot, we call Kahala and he uses for chum. We call chum palu in Hawaii. And he said he'll be using it on his next dive.
Thanks bro 🤙🏼 and yes, Kupono_ono explained it precisely 👍🏼
Nice work bro🤙🏽
Thanks bro 🤙🏼
Sick vid! 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks bro 🙏🏼🤙🏼
Awesome vid bruddah! You started the video after 2.5-3 hours of diving. Does your battery last that long? What kind of camera you using now?
I ask because I’m trying to find a camera with longer battery life. The one I use only last 1.5 hours
