One suggestion for getting to sleep actually came from my (somewhat) old fashioned mother. But it has worked. Pray a couple Our Father's and Hail Mary's and you may fall asleep fast.
Might be an idea to stay off phones, computers etc for about 1hour before going to be and not using any technology in bed. Read a physical book instead of your kindle. Also maybe try some bedtime Yoga.
