He was such a great character in the early seasons when he was still believeable. He got really flanderized and was made ridiculously stupid in the later seasons.
Exactly. Comedy shows often tend to get more ridiculous as the seasons go on because they run out of jokes/situations and need to keep the show funny. Kevin from The Office is another great example of this. At the start of the show he’s really only mildly stupid, but by the last season he’s so dumb that there’s a scene where he runs over a turtle in the parking lot and tries to bring it back to life by taping its shell back together.
@@jojomakes Yes, thank you. Turns out I'd seen him in a BUNCH of things. He's featured in the scariest scene in "Mulholland Drive," and I'd also seen him in "Ghost World," "Old School," "Speed" and on "Star Trek: Enterprise" and "Mad Men," where he was also terrific as a stand-up comic in several episodes. (He's also Julia Louis-Dreyfus' half-brother-in-law.)
yeah he’s like one of those people you talk to and are immediately repulsed by. add an irritative personality and you end up with jolly green jizz face :)
"consentually I might throw in"

At least he's more or less the only character they did this to. Most sitcoms do it to all the major characters.
Just another reflection of what’s happening in real life
Yeah. S1 Jonah is kind of a dumbass, S7 Jonah is, like, mentally disabled.
Yeah they made him spoof what was actually happening in america.
"They don't even have a name!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This show was written and casted perfectly, but Jonah was definitely my favorite character.
I love this Jonah Ryan most powerful member of the team and somehow creepier cause he’s clever. Season 7 Jonah is funnier but way more juvenile.
How sarcastic can Jonah Ryan be real or extremely
Who is the incredible actor who plays the photographer who insults Jonah's expensive camera? I've seen him on another show.
Patrick Fischler?

Was there a main reason Selina did not like Jonah to much just asking

He is the equivalent of Jared from Silicon Valley…..
You mean Erlich? Jared was helpful and careful.
