I have been weighing the pros and cons of tiny homes such as yours with the tiny homes on wheels and Park Model homes which I can easily nix (not as sturdy, cookie cutter homes with cheaper everything). So a home on a permanent foundation vs a Tiny House on wheels. Right now a 480 sq ft Tiny on wheels is miles ahead of a permanent foundation home and not just because they are mobile. It’s because THOW builders are generally making a more sturdy home with all the bells and whistles one might desire. They are also building lofts with real stairs and many of the lofts are now 5’ tall allowing for easier movement (changing bed linens, rifling through storage containers). Some can be built with a half bath or 2 bathrooms too- think 12’ x 40’ size) Traditionally built homes may offer more square feet but are missing any feel of spaciousness and really fail in the storage arena. A THOW can be moved as needed, way less expensive than selling a traditional home and then moving out.
Homes on wheels have their pluses and minuses. The THOWs can be sturdy and with bells and whistles, but the custom-made ones are not cheap. In many places they cannot be used as residences, and financing and insuring them can be more difficult. Factory-built modular homes are alternatives that may avoid these problems.
Molto carina questa casetta, ottima idea per le vacanze, eccezionale la progettazione 👏🏡
Small but beautiful
Really cute design but I would prefer a single pane window behind the T. V. Rather than the double!
