What a coincidence !!! I have inherited exactly the same boat from my late father, it’s far from finished, I have just started on the shell and paintwork, and looking at your magnificent work that you have done, I now realise how far I have got to go to complete the project. Very well done to you 👍
My grandfather rather randomly an unexpectedly dropped one of these off at my house the other day. It had been sitting in his loft for years. I'm looking forward to having a go at restoring it. It doesn't have any fittings except a rather dusty looking double Taycol motor. Though I have built model railways I've never worked on a boat before. I'd like to at least make it cosmetically presentable so if anyone has any advice or pointers, even on where I could get or how to make the vents or life preservers etc?

Nice looking boat. I assume that is a water pump lying near the battery box. I like the idea of 3D printing the letters.
Nice job..
No footage of it running?
