I’ve always loved the Oblique...previously called “Trotter” Monogram Canvas but when I purchased this bag... I felt as the black leather has a better staying power-more substance. After all it is almost $3000 with tax and I really love the saddle shape-that is just a piece of art and a signature Dior style...so no matter what it screams Dior without the logo pattern and the cotton canvas is harder to keep up specially at the parts where it rubs against your clothing and body. So I bought the black and been carrying it ever since...if you can’t keep both then return the oblique canvas in my opinion and choose maybe a different style in the logo pattern. I got a hand held pouch in the 3 tone oblique canvas and absolutely love it. Saddle up and enjoy your Dior purchases :)
Sooo good! 😍😍😍 The navy one looks subtle as it doesn’t have any branding. But I prefer that over the mono although it’s equally as stunning! Ughh tough call!
I love the saddle bag, years back I used to have one, but I loved it too much and eventually it was unwearable I sadly had to give it away....I love that fashion comes in a circle that it’s back in fashion, but I do not like it how this bag is worn, the way the strap is structured.... the way the bag on the body reminds me of police detective wearing their gun, especially with the plain black version.... so I guess if you were to keep just one I would definitely say the trotter print, but I love the original the way it was, adding a shoulder strap is useful and without destroying its original design too much, but this design I feel like it’s too fashion forward for my liking, but it is only my personal opinion to each of their own, as long as you enjoy it that’s all it matters! As usual I love your videos, keep them coming!
Thanks for the comment. I can see what you mean by it looking like a gun holster, but it's also a way to masculinize this bag, which I think Kim Jones did an awesome job with. I wish it had a small handle over the top to be able to use a hand carry option though.

I'm drawn to the monogram...the leather one is very nice too, but monogram feels more carefree :D
