Wonderful videos. I’m glad I discovered your channel. It would be great if you make more videos in Naples and surrounding areas. It would be interesting to see good/bad neighborhoods.
It was a bit windy that day and the white balance on the camera was a bit high making the water seem more green. People often refer to the coast as emerald.
Excellent tour, very great editing. This, and the video about Naples showing Port Royal are the best. I suggest that you could make more in depth descriptions about the condos and real estate developments and houses, but in separate videos as periodic news. The more soft tone of the soundtrack, and lower volume, are really better. Subscribed. The only thing that makes me sad is the environmental state of the Gulf area in general. If you look the water on old photos, the water is beautiful and blue, very different of what we see now: green algae everywhere, that indicates a serious condition of eutrophication, from Emerald Coast down to Marco Island.
You never mention the tennis and pickle ball community of Village Walk Bonita Springs or Communities west of that. You are a high end Realtor and that does not serve all of your potential clients very well.
Greetings from Orlando Florida. Awesome video and thank you for sharing. Have a blessed weekend.

Is that 57,000 population when snowbirds are there or during summer and fall months ?
That is considered full time residents. When the snowbirds come down there is more.
What area in Southwest Florida would you say is Most Charming.
There’s a game on Roblox called southwest Florida and the developers did excellent job imitating the real !!
That’s exactly why I came here 😂

Do they give out first time home buyer’s grant?
A lot of lenders have special programs for first time home buyers.

Thank you for the feedback Andre! Our vision is to go a lot more in depth at each area.
Wow! How much was destroyed from the hurricane? 🌀 😮
Majority of the Homes along the beach are relatively new so they are made to withstand it and they did. Just a lot of sand and debris to clean up.
It's worthless
