I am a single issue voter on abortion rights I do not care about this. You can take away separation of church and state freedom of speech search & seizure I don’t care just abortion, abortion abortion.
Abortion affects a very small number of people. Out of the population half are men, another 2/3rds are too old or young, half of those left don’t believe in abortion. All sorts of birth control are available to the remaining. This is like a 1% affected law.
Its amazing, the judicial branch can start doing their job addressing those usurpations of power.

So giving the powers back to the people and not just a blanket "The government said so" is bad? Thought the 10th was pretty clear on that.
