First of all this apartment is way over 4K. I lived in Boston and my one bedroom on the 22nd floor was 2500. And I never heard of a short lease..when I was finding apartments in Boston they were all 1 year leases. She def broke her lease. Either way, happy for her!

they are in the early years of adulthood. of course they dont know 100% what they want to do in life. let them live. nows the time to move apartments, grow, switch things up... when theyre not having to settle down somewhere. some people, like me, just love moving & having a change in scenery. not everyone wants to settle down. who cares if theyre "all over the place" they're happy! this makes them happy!
Boston is expensive AF! I have a lot of students I work with who are likely their age as well (in Boston) and they moved often b/c of subletting, leases ending, unexpected circumstances, terrible landlords, houses being sold and getting displaced... I don't know them, or their complete story.. but I can see why.

Chala Perry you have many thing to deal with or to lose your time like you can read some novels watch some great chanels on tv like documentary or start whatever things that you would learn idk like cooking or photography.. or you could start some indoors sports or maybe meditation ... just make a list of your activities and often you can realize them as well you want just by trying to avoid being boring !

Chala Perry you have many thing to deal with or to lose your time like you can read some novels watch some great chanels on tv like documentary or start whatever things that you would learn idk like cooking or photography.. or you could start some indoors sports or maybe meditation ... just make a list of your activities and often you can realize them as well you want just by trying to avoid being boring !
