This only covers the Apex part and if I am not wrong PD1 also includes the LWC and some part of admin as well. So you will have to check on that side as well.

As a fresher it will be very hard for you to get a job that's the bitter truth. However keep learning and keep trying with multiple companies there are still many companies who are hiring

abstraction means what the Object does it does hide the implementations details it only let the user to perform some actions how those actions are being performed we do not care. Like TV remote is used to play the movies, songs, watch the Movies and etc.
