    I'm very grateful for your work ❤ after 3 C-sections and DR I was told by my midwife that I shouldn't do yoga again, cause some traditional poses put a lot of pressure on the linea alba and would make the DR worse... Which is true in a way, but I'm so happy and grateful that I can safely get back to my yoga practice with you, and thanks to that I growing stronger every day and more aware of my pelvic floor 🙏

    Thank you Dr. Melissa. Question: my pain started with my inner hip/groin. Now it also radiates to the outer hip. I can't figure out how to calm it down.

    Thank you for this exercise! My hips were hurting and I wasn’t too sure why, but this exercise definitely seemed to help with the pain!
