and THIS is why I love MsShi sooooo much! I am at least 30+ years further along this delicious journey of life, and I can now smooth a cake quite well but I remember being a young bride and mum and worrying when it wasn’t so perfect. Our cultures are different but more the same than different I think, but Ms Shi is wise beyond her years, so much wiser than I was and I think her cake is absolutely PERFECT
