Excellent and easy but I’m stuck at the enter the 4 digit code where it’s connecting to the fitbit and it just keeps buffering 🤦🏻♀️😫.. any advice how to get past that, it’s been 10 minutes ( I have the phone and fitbit right next to each other)
I purchased my Luxe only a week ago and have followed the set up procedures. However it is constantly losing sync with my phone sometimes more than once a day. I have to reset using the buttons on the charger. Any suggestions? Is my device faulty?
Hi I found a Fitbit luxe, this same colour and model I wanna return it to the owner. Is there anyway to return it to the owner? The battery's dead though and i don't have the charger for this thing

My app finds it every time and begins pairing but fails every time, with the Fitbit saying Try Again. I've rebooted the phone and reset the Fitbit, but it just keeps happening. I'm on an S8.
@@jessicabobb6078 I had my husband pair it with his phone, even though it's the same model. When it paired he noticed that there was a firmware update available so he did the update, then reset the Luxe so I could try again. That time it worked. Good luck!

Gets to Found It and goes no further. Have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting (numerous times). Cannot get it to pair at all.
