Please do some videos analyzing Candace Owens. I used to love her but something about her lately seems manipulative/deceptive to me but I can't quite place my finger on it. She also seems to deflect a lot when asked tough questions in interviews (or she'll talk in circles). Would LOVE to see your input!
Also, trying to say let her direct the next one since not only did she take over the whole production, but made sure her edit was the Final Cut DESPITE testing audiences actually mainly favored Justin’s cut. Blake is wicked!
And allegations pdf actions. A lot of people miss that. She alleged he was inappropriate with an underaged character. Mind u it's an underaged character because the actress playing the character is 23.

She wants the rights for the sequel from JB and he wouldn’t sell it to Ryan Reynolds when he asked. However there is a morality clause in all these contracts and therefore if she files a SA case against him, Colleen Hoover can then take the rights back from JB and give it to BL… this is so sinister it’s actually quite troubling
@@mikedebruynbut has she provided any non- cherry picked evidence to prove her claims though? Many men have been victimized by false claims so best we wait for actual evidence
I think the tone deaf actions speak volumes ie Ryan making fun of Justin with Nice Pool. Blakes interview talking about her fashion that she brought to the movie, her relationship with her sisters and mom, have nothing to do with what the movie is about which led me to believe she never read book.
Yeah I believe him. People didn't side with him because of a smear campaign, but her behaviour during the tour. I saw another video of how their lawyers presented evidence. Her side edited so many things out in messages in order to win ofc. So far, I believe him.
Justin met with the intimacy coordinator and rehearsed what was suggested and then acted. If Blake didn’t attend those sessions, it’s going to be an element of surprise. I think it’s a lack of communication. Obviously she read the script, why did she accept the role, if she’s uncomfortable with the topic of DV. Because it’s clear she misrepresented the topic of the movie.
Justin shows emotional restraint, is self-reflective, and attempts to reframe what happened with grace. Blake has been self-serving time after time. As fair and careful as Spidey is being, I'm not sure we really need to wait for this to unfold further- just simply look at how each of them operates and it's not too hard to see what's really happening.
@mikedebruyn the lawsuit in the UK was horsesh*t. The judge was friends with the owner of the newspaper & the judges son works at rhe news paper company that was sued.
@@mikedebruyn, Depp wasn't as interested in winning the US lawsuit as he was in having his side of the story made public. And Amber Heard handed it to him on a silver platter.
I'd never heard of Blake until the interview with Flaa, the disrespect shown to that wonderful lady made me sad. 😢 I wouldn't watch this movie, not my thing but it seems like a hot legal mess now. Thank you Spidey!!🙏🏼
@camdecorations9779 Lol. Yeah, I found that out then too... I didn't like the first movie. I don't think Ryan Reynolds is a good actor but that's just me. People seemed to like Deadpool.
Flaa was extremely rude towards Blake. Idk about you, but we learn when we're 10 not to talk about a woman's body, especially on regards to being pregnant. Whether Blake was pregnant or not, don't speak on her body. You can say "congratulations" or whatever, but you say "oh, your bump is coming along nicely" when Blake had NO visible baby bump was rude. If a man had done that, you all would tear him to shreds. But because it was a woman, and it fits your hate-blake narrative, you're conveniently ignoring that Flaa's behavior was rude AF. Any woman would become defensive and be rude right back if found in that situation. So stop the bullshit. Flaa was an 🫏🕳 herself
@ximar0ckstrx she said it with a big warm smile on her face, and she obviously had a bump and she was vocal about her pregnancy. Its not like she was 3 months and didn't speak about her pregnancy. She was in no way rude to her. BL was rude and overly defensive then proceeded to ignore/belittle the interviewer for the remainder of the time. Very unprofessional and classless.
So this whole thing could be a massive over reaction from a privileged person because of the need to fix their public image for reasons unrelated to their momentary comfort. Most women feel way worse on a simple trip with the subway in a big city.
Look at her costar in 10:19. His eyebrows furl together. Also she was a coproducer on this film. Which means she would have say and she was a powerful enough star that she could have say “no, I don’t like this”. The fact she directed Justin in certain scenes, saying the character had to be sexier, Yeah she’s not innocent.
Let's not forget Blake has a habit of dating her costars. It started all the way back on Gossip Girl when she dated the guy that played Dan I think his name is Penn. Then she moved on to Ryan Reynolds who was still very much still married to Scarlet during the filming of Green Lantern. So I think she has a thing for falling for her costars and that as he gets older and loses what little sex symbol status he had, Ryan got jealous of Justin in this movie knowing his wife's history. Blake's a nepo baby, how on earth she got the roles she did when her acting is wooden and she can only play one character witch is a version of herself under a different name in roles is wild. I think that this might just end her, her family aren't that powerful in Hollywood and Ryan has been aging badly, they better hope they did invest their money wise in other ventures because Hollywood studios will quit calling.
that night where JB says she BL is ready to direct is the night she made his team /family wait in the basement while her hubby and Hugh jackman have the attention and spotlight while they waited for over an hour before they could go up so not sure if that is why he responded that way
Thank you for that info. I was wondering if it were that night. Must have been a gutting feeling. Considering everything going on, he handled things very graciously.
She had her bodyguard present at all times . JB couldn't pass her bodyguard and come to her trailer without her permission. Her text messages contradict her story now
I'm wondering if she's worried if there's footage showing his inappropriate behavior and how it made her uncomfortable. She has agreed not to talk about his inappropriate behavior on set and in return he won't retaliate against her. That is what was agreed to when he signed the 17 point document. She clearly hasn't seen the footage they are talking about so she is worried.
That would have been too direct. What he actually said has an ambiguity that I think he intended. He seems to have been trying to “make nice,” and to say something that could be interpreted as complimentary while also deflecting and trying to get past the question. Saying “she thinks she’s ready to direct” would invite the question from the interviewer, “oh, so *you* don’t think she’s ready, then?” That would have been a fairly confrontational conversation to have when I think he was just trying to finish it up and get away unscathed as much as possible. Thanks for bringing this up, though, it really highlights how much a single word can influence the interpretation of a sentence, and how important it is to consider all the aspects of verbal and non-verbal communication. It can be so subtle!
@@Always_ThinkingI am unaware of the details of filming. But that said, and based only on your question, I could imagine myself feeling a lot more comfortable doing an edgy scene from inside my own home and space.
@DawnDavidson At first that crossed my mind but then I thought about it & felt "my bedroom" is such a private & intimate space that belongs only to my husband & I. IDK but maybe it lands different for me because my husband has passed 🤔🤔
Blake seems very self involved and I don’t think she is honest she wants press she wants the rights to the movies and seems to want Justin out have no interest in the movie or her or Ryan either
It was obvious Blake was caught in a lie and she knew it. She was the one on charge and she was taking over as the director. Ryan did the same thing with Deadpool
I believe she was going through a sensitive period at the time, as she was nursing her infant while also filming. A VERY BIG BUT!!!! It seems she didn’t read the book (baldoni mentioned in his defamation) or understand her character ( clothing choice which was ridiculed by fans) nor did she grasp Baldoni’s approach to the role. I think she may have perceived him as being genuine, possibly mistaking his method acting for reality. Additionally, she might have been feeling pressure due to her husband’s competing movie, a Deadpool and Wolverine film, which was vying for fame and recognition. Meanwhile, Baldoni said in his defamation Blake was made several attempts to take control of the filming process along with her husbnad Ryan.
Yes, I have heard that too. Also, wasn't it at the Premiere or a Red Carpet Event when Blake Lively came out with the bit about her husband Ryan Reynolds re-writing scenes which then were the ones that made ot into the final cut?
I’d love to hear your input on Brandon Sklenar possibly knowing Blake is problematic and is using his water bottle as a way to distract himself during that interview. Or even the fake laughs he did so he can show engagement towards Blake, but without having to verbally say anything. He seems like he’s trying to just quietly get along with Blake as he knows it could help his career, but might secretly find her entitled. Also, to please address what appears to be Colleen Hoover’s oblivion to Blake’s behavior in that interview. It’s all quite interesting! 👀
@@EEmB Blake completely loves that she’s married to Ryan Reynolds and has self-crowned herself as some queen of Hollywood. Despite neither her or Ryan being particularly good actors. Hollywood is a weird never ending High School. SMH
Just a question because I'm puzzled: on another channel it said that Blake Livelys' husband, Ryan Reynolds spent a lot of time on the set. If that should be true, then I have to wonder why it has been possible for things to go so awry.
Trying not to take sides, even though I can't help but lean toward Baldoni because of the added context provided with the additional texts. But it's not just the added context, it's that that the added context begs the question: Why manipulate the texts to force them to read a certain way, if you believe they already support your narrative? Also, didn't she claim there was no intimacy coordinator and, in her "demands" demand they HIRE one? Could be misremembering the wording of that, will have to go back and look again, but I thought that was one of her demands, while his texts clearly show they hired one before filming even began ad she didn't want to meet with them (prior to the start of filming, at least). Good analysis, though. I have lots of guestions.... for the rest of the cast and crew, including Colleen Hoover.
She requested an IC be present during all intimate scenes. Justin kept adding new things in on the go like biting her lip etc while the IC wasn't present.
Agreed, I watched the movie and I have to say she didn't do a great job. I think like Scarlett Johansson would have done a better job. She's a better actress
Sure but one of the things that a director needs to do is to make sure to get the best performance out of his main actors. If she has selective perception it means that she was not managed well during the filming wouldn't you say?
@@mikedebruyn No, I would not say. Again, you can give someone direction, and they can see, hear and give you what they want… And at the end of the day, you might have to accept that that is the best you’re gonna get out of them. Random example Director: So, your character has just received some devastating news while at the subway platform. It’s a closeup, so really connect in the eyes. Actor: I feel like my character would wear designer heels. Director: Sure. Heels. Ok. Now, about connecting with those emotions… Anyways, she has shown icing out and deflecting interviewers that are not deemed top tier, so I can only imagine what happens when the cameras are off. I’ll try and stay open minded, tho.
I've watched SO many UA-cam attorneys with a "legal analysis" of this topic, but it takes an intelligent and insightful man like Spidey to explain it in a way we all understand! Go Spidey!!👍❤
I'm trying to reserve my judgment until the trial (if there is one), but there are things that make me incline more in his favor (accepting that both parties have made serious mistakes PR wise). The way the both markted the movie (he emphasizing the DV aspect of the story, and her focusing on the florals, marketing her booze brand and even calling one of the drinks as the ab*ser in the movie), their behavior in interviews (he has always been respectful and thoughtful in his answers, she has been dismissive, rude, and superficial), but most of all who has the power in this scenario. She is the powerful one. She decided to take on the job of dressing her character and she brought her own clothing, causing the budget of the movie spiral, she decided she wanted to be a producer, and se ended up being a producer. She wanted certain scenes her way, and in a middle of a writer strike, her husband wrote the most important scene of the movie for her (unbeknownst to the director of the movie, who knew aboyut that during the press interviews on the premiere red carpet). The fact that the author and some actors, and even JB didn't contradict her in interviews, makes me believe that no one wanted to cross her, because all the power she and her husband have in Hollywood. Also, before the movie was released there were talks abut BL's "bad behavior" in the movie (and previously), and I feel like that's why she started this mess to bring him down, trying to "rehabilitate" her reputation. I think she didn't calculate the possible consequences and it's not going to be well for her. I hope I'm wrong, for her sake. As always, I love your analysis :)
Love everything you say from around minute 29 on. From the beginning of this I thought: let's just wait until all evidence comes out before we cast our opinions/ judgements.
What a fabulous analysis! Two actors with different methodologies to their craft. In this particular situation, chaos has ensued. It’s so uncomfortable to witness. As a result, for me, the desire to see the film in real time has diminished. He said, she said and vice versa. As usual Spidey, the last portion of Justin’s interview is quite telling. I am curios what the crew members experienced. They usually know the score! Thank you!🙏 ❤
Yeah i’dd really love to hear from cast and crew, if he was inappropriate surely it would have been noticed or sensed by people other than Blake, if she’s exaggerating, it should also become clear from their testimonies. Either way, they both have the right to express how they sincerely felt and these accusations should be investigated further.
@TheBehavioralArts Do you think that people knew what Weinstein was doing to women, and pretended not to, because their career depended on them not noticing or knowing? I worry that will happen here too. Lively, and more importantly Reynolds, are power players in Hollywood who can help or hurt careers. The others might lie or pretend they saw nothing if Baldoni is telling the truth because they fear retaliation from Reynolds/Lively.
My take... There was an agenda from the beginning and I feel that Blake knew that she could have her way no matter what and when she saw an opening to possibly file something down the road so that she could get her way and Ryan and her could end up directing the next movie... She took it. She never read the The book she didn't want to meet with the intimacy coordinator... And Justin wanted to get into character now. I'm not saying there isn't limitations, but if you don't have those conversations before then or you decide you don't want to have an intimacy coordinator, it's like saying oh well. We're supposed to play this sport, but I don't want you to play it rough because it doesn't make me feel comfortable... So you should just back down and not play as good because it doesn't make me feel comfortable... Also it's very telling when her actions after the movie was released was very telling. Now Sony may have told her to act a certain way but you don't have to go around promoting your hair care products and skin care products. That right there just felt like it was completely set up and this whole thing just feels sketch. And especially with it's obvious that Ryan Reynolds was trolling. Justin baldoni in Deadpool... People will do anything to get their way to make themselves not look bad or to play the victim. I really hope the truth comes out. Whether Blake is telling the truth Justin's telling the truth or it's somewhere in the middle, the celebrity scandals are getting ridiculous.
Could Justin's little smile at "this movie wouldn't have been the same without her" be Justin being slightly amused by that statement after he's just said it? It's sort of along the lines of both self-satisfaction that he managed a politically correct answer as well as a touch of duper's delight. Like it's an awareness that the statement sounds relatively positive about Blake, but he knows it has deeper meaning.
I watched a video breaking down the legal end of this just yesterday. I immediately thought I hope Spidey makes a video on this. And bam here we are. Thank you for making these videos. They have really helped me to understand my gut feelings on situations and the science of why in it all.
Stopped what I was watching as soon as the notification popped up 🥰 glad to be here Spidey. Hope you and your beautiful family are well. Now let’s get to the video 😁 xxx
I think it's amazing that you always find a unique and relevant way to analyse current topics, even if they may not have too much footage and also that you always advocate for objectivity! This channel is just so much fun! 👌😊
Great analysis Spidey, it adds to Emily D Baker's legal breakdown of the filed documents on both sides, which are extensive. Her legal knowledge is as excellent as your body language analysis. 🙏
Hey everyone, I wanted to share some important information about federal civil rights law, especially regarding retaliation. It’s important to know that if someone makes a complaint in good faith, they are protected under the law from retaliation by their employer. This means that the focus isn’t on whether the complaint was ultimately proven correct, but on the fact that retaliation for speaking out is unlawful. Let’s be careful not to be misled by arguments that focus on the validity of the complaint itself, but rather understand the protections against retaliation. Knowledge is power!
Adhere is pronounced like AD-HEER, not A-DEER. Sorry, I had to call that out because it threw me off each time you said it. That aside, great video on this topic. It’s cool getting an intelligent perspective from an expert on body language. You nailed Blake’s body language when talking about the intimacy coordinator! I’m subscribed!
Thank you! This was super helpful for me. I realize I had jumped to a conclusion about one of the people here and hadn’t seen more of the interviews and heard or read more to be better informed.
26:01 that comment about her whispering in his ear struck me - in her lawsuit she complains about *him* whispering (inappropriate things) in *her* ear… 🤔 Projection? Or maybe he thinks whispering between actors is normal? Or…?
I don't have your expertise, but we were also trained in body language, psychology as linguists in the Army. ( i was a 98c, cryptological warfare spec. ) Really appreciate ur vids as a refresher. Diving deeper into both of their past interviews etal. , Blake gives off very ," never been told no," head of the mean girl vibes. I have no doubt that Ryan also was referring to Justin with his nicepool guy in Deadpool. So often, it seems that when two highly ego driven, pretty privileged famous celebs get together, they tend to feed into each other this superiority complex and excuse any bad behavior towards others. I hope truth prevails.
Even if there had been no "allegations" or accusations, I found the marketing of the movie to be SO unprofessional - the fact that the director is speaking on his own, apart from the cast, the messaging was SO different, Blake's tie-in to hair products WHILE promoting a film (so tacky!), Ryan and Hugh Jackman showing up on one appearance, Blake casually mentioning her husband's re-write. I CANNOT believe that ANY studio like SONY that had any involvement in this movie - would allow that! The commenters who make excuses for Blake (she was contractually obligated NOT to focus on DV, etc) don't take into account the other things (her brands being promoted, her husband's presence, her attempting to undermine JB during the promotion) which made no sense. So just from that alone I got the sense something was way off in the production and release of this movie. I also thought it was UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional for BL to START making accusations about JB's behaviour DURING the promotion of the film (fat shaming, kissing too long, etc.) That is SO unprofessional and SO dangerous. If you are accusing someone of inappropriate, s/harassment, you don't do it on the red carpet. f-f-s. Something obviously went wrong on this film but people defending BL should remember how VERY serious her accusations are - and how UNSERIOUS she was in the way she launched them initially (during the promotion of the movie! - what????) and then waited until 2 days before Christmas to launch a "complaint" (not a suit) that was so damaging (but then called into question after the damage was done. The new social media age tactic). Don't know what happened but I have been put off completely by her handling of any of this. No, I'm not a h8er, I actually always liked her from a distance, didn't know much about her - but if you have seriously been abused, harassed, mistreated - you don't dazzle with your over-the-top dress, making jokes, promoting your brands and your husband, while casually tossing accusations at someone at the same time. And then waiting until Christmas to formalize an accusation. There is a mis-match there in her actions that makes it hard to believe she was an abused victim. Really hope the truth comes out but doubt it ever really will. Seems to me JB did a great job trying to keep the more serious theme of the movie in focus and didn't say anything negative about anyone. While it appears BL wanted to dominate the red carpet, marketing strategy AND get people to doubt JB all during the promo of the movie. What a sad social media age we are in - where the "herds" will just run with an accusation, assume everything is true, question nothing, and be willing to destroy a person over it. Never mind the NYT - who apparently did not do any due diligence and failed to report professionally, also keeping it one-sided. Americans, please learn to think critically. You can't have a society where an accusation is enough to destroy people. Especially when a legacy media like NYT is involved. That's not their job. KEEP THEM ACCOUNTABLE. Next time, it could be you.
Again really appreciate your analysis of all the subjects you cover… you are always trying to be non judgemental and unbiased. In today’s vids, it really opened the discussion on views of each party on the situation and how two things can be right at the same time. Thanks again for your great work and I send lots of love to you and your family! 🫶🇨🇦
Snakely is so horrible and manipulative but mainly selfish like a child that she didn't even think about or care that it would destroy Ryan as well as everything
Exactly! She has an awful and entitled personality. The worst nepo kid. She didn’t even read the book! And then didn’t want to work with the intimacy coordinator but then filed an SA complaint/lawsuit.
Your last point about Baldoni method-acting was good. Relatedly, the fact that he was slipping in and out of Ryle's character while *simultaneously* being the movie director creates a power dynamic that might have been too much for Blake. As the villain, Baldoni's character may have been scaring Blake's character, his victim in the movie. As the director, maybe Baldoni telling Blake actor what to do or giving her notes is received a little differently, cause she too might be having a hard time slipping out of character, and is still responding to Baldoni as the villain.
This is how I feel. It’s definitely frustrating because it seems as if you don’t want to form an opinion yet, you get accused to being on a specific side, but I want to be slow to speak and slow to be angry. I have my concerns, but at this point that doesn’t really mean anything. Your videos have really helped me look at things in every part of my life in a more unbiased way, so, thank you!
Im getting vibes from BL that early on she got god complex and got caught up in something that snowballed. Meaning she saw opportunities to try to take over certain aspects of the movie. Probably discussed alot with her husband. I feel there's alot of outside influence coming from her as if someone has been in her ear. You know when someone says something as if repeating it from what you've been told. Maybe it started with her "liking" and intimate scene too much, hubby got jealous and she ran with a story of harassment to deflect. Ph that comment JB made about BL is ready to direct was a total dig at her. I understood it to mean her she wants to be in charge and she thinks she can do thrn let her. I do feel bad for the book's author dragging this amazing story into petty drama. Yes I said petty. Spidey I absolutely love watching your videos. Your insight has educated me alot on human behavior. ❤
To be fair, the scenes BL says were improvised were not according to JB ! (Him and his lawyers) They say, in the lawsuit against the Times, that it was scenes that the intimacy coordinator proposed in the meeting Blake refused to have and Justin had to have alone with the IC. I could understand how the meeting with the coordinator would have to be before starting filming, if you want to prepare everything and not disturb the planning. So him asking her to have a meeting on Zoom/FaceTime, with him and the IC sounds pretty reasonable (it would have been better in person, but he gave her the choice to do either. Her choice though was to say no to both options and wait when it would delay them in filming). I'm waiting to learn and see more. But for now, if JD has proof like they say about the meetings with the IC, and she corroborates that... that would be very important and different from what BL said happened.
Intimacy coordinator should be there to make sure that everyone's comfort zone and boundaries are respected, and nobody has to do anything that hasn't been previously agreed upon. She CAN'T decide or make suggestions without having both parties' input. If she did that it would be highly unprofessional on her part, and she should stop doing the job in the first place. Blake POSTPONED (not refused) meeting with the IC for the first time, where I'm sure they weren't meant to discuss the entire extent of intimate scenes present in the movie. What she complained about is that the IC wasn't present DURING filming of intimate scenes, which should've been essential.
An intimacy coordinator does not suggest scenes but suggests changes so that everyone is comfortable with them. So it is strange that Baldoni has not shown those scenes in the original script but now say were out of the blue suggested by the coordinator?
"Which shouldn't be happening, by the way" alludes to the idea that there was a point at which there was _no_ IC. A very smart way to say it as well, because it's not easy to call her out on it. Then she follows up by saying there _was_ an IC. If she wanted to communicate that there was an IC _all along_ then this is not how her sententes would have been strung together. Not alluding to it would sound something like "Not at all, those rumours are fake. That should not be happening and thankfully it did not happen in this case" So what her reply is really saying is that there was an IC _eventually_ , which has been her claim all along, I think.
She couldn't deny that she'd acted in the role of an ic because there is literally videos of her showing Justin how she wants to play a scene & it was more passionately than how he was doing. We also know from his messages to her that an ic had been employed before filming & he wanted her to come to see her & she said no its fine I'll meet her when filming starts. So it appears that regardless of there being an ic she was also stepping into that role. Which tracks with his accusation that she was overstepping into everything eg. Wardrobe @@LiliS319
Omg did you watch the video!? There was an intimacy coordinator for the show, but absent during intimacy ad libbing he allegedly did. He changed intimacy scenes without the coordinator present. He took already rehearsed scenes and changed them in the moment to his liking, absent coordinator. Both can be true
She is the one that pushed JB towards her ,hence the interviewer said it looks like you were the intimacy coordinator. Shame on her for encouraging to improvise and then acuse him for not having an intimacy coordinator.

A very nuanced analysis. I do believe they both could have gone without the lawsuits, and would have benefited from better using that intimacy coordinator they hired.
Title of this video is deceptive. Basically Spidey says we don’t know who is in the right or in the wrong and not to judge until it’s time for trial. I feel like I just wasted my time.
Spot on at 26.43 especially ur interperation on JB going into his character as ryle. Think BL is not as professional on carrying out her charactor as lily and misinterpreted the whole scenario.
I think the main issue we are all docovering is Ryan took over directing deadpool and the couple thought it would be a piece of cake to do the same with It Ends with Us. We dont really know them and what goes on in their lives. This analysis and the two lawsuits have given quite an insight into their worlds. BL and RR put on such a PR show to everyone trying to come across as a lovey couple, I guess now we know its all a big show, we really dont know what goes on in their lives.
Politally correct term used in the USA. Ms is used since 1967 in the USA to permit women to not give their marital status when being adressed orally or in writing , much like the neutral term Mr. for men . Since 1990 all women are called Ms. unless they request Mrs or Dr. Miss is only used for small children
I absolutely agree that it's all about interpretation! Exactly my point! I can understand where both Blake and Justin are coming from and it's sad to see what they are going through. Idk if they talked and tried to understand each other in private, because it seems like they both made their own conclusions and didn't communicate.
Could she be using pacifiers during the whole interview because the whole interview process is just stressful? Or how can you really tell is definitely her baseline. I feel like if the movie had so many issues, the whole interview season would be stressful.
If I’m being SH I’m not taking any initiative to add or instruct any intimate scene. I would have been following exactly what the coordinator said and ask her presence in the scene. The only one that looks uncomfortable is him, while she is the one leading.
I wonder how Colleen Hoover and the cast feel about her blowing up any chance for the second book to be filmed? Obviously, if you’ve read it, Jason Baldini‘s character will not be in it. But I’m not interested in seeing Blake Lively in any subsequent movies.

Why would someone that wanted to give a gift to survivors and help them do this? She thinks she is a lot more smart than she is. lmao
I agree that another woman is trying to destroy a man.
I think the tone deaf actions speak volumes ie Ryan making fun of Justin with Nice Pool. Blakes interview talking about her fashion that she brought to the movie, her relationship with her sisters and mom, have nothing to do with what the movie is about which led me to believe she never read book.
Yeah
I believe him. People didn't side with him because of a smear campaign, but her behaviour during the tour. I saw another video of how their lawyers presented evidence. Her side edited so many things out in messages in order to win ofc. So far, I believe him.
She's slipped up on other occasions with other people. Being a celebrity has gone to her head.
💯💯💯💯
Also her complaints were not much of anything. No persons career should be ruined over petty complaints that are presented so deceptively.
this was the wrong part for Blake, This is on her. She is vindictive.
@@shainanash8518 saw the movie and imo BL did not capture the character
Justin met with the intimacy coordinator and rehearsed what was suggested and then acted. If Blake didn’t attend those sessions, it’s going to be an element of surprise. I think it’s a lack of communication. Obviously she read the script, why did she accept the role, if she’s uncomfortable with the topic of DV. Because it’s clear she misrepresented the topic of the movie.
Exactly, why did she continue if it was so horrible
So, the other people on the film that back her up, and the "improvisation" of intimacy, what do we do with that?
@@amymoorehead7185 I feel that it’s a mistake to wear director and actor in a film. I understand in the moment these lines can get blurred.
From the first time I saw her, she rubbed me the wrong way. I can't remember what it was. That first impression stuck.
Justin was soooo gracious with those compliments he publicly made about Blake. Her accusing him of a smear campaign is ridiculuous.

Deadpool' wife
@camdecorations9779 Lol. Yeah, I found that out then too... I didn't like the first movie. I don't think Ryan Reynolds is a good actor but that's just me. People seemed to like Deadpool.
@Reuben-n7u Apologies, I don't understand what you mean.
Very unprofessional and classless.
this woman should stop.
Her ego is too big
Pickmesha
Agreed. She should apologize publicly, settle things. And take the L as a life lesson. Digging her heels will end badly for her.
Blake is a typical celeb. She opens her mouth before she thinks.. when she said about Princess Kate she totally lost me
So this whole thing could be a massive over reaction from a privileged person because of the need to fix their public image for reasons unrelated to their momentary comfort.
Most women feel way worse on a simple trip with the subway in a big city.
Look at her costar in 10:19. His eyebrows furl together.
Also she was a coproducer on this film. Which means she would have say and she was a powerful enough star that she could have say “no, I don’t like this”. The fact she directed Justin in certain scenes, saying the character had to be sexier,
Yeah she’s not innocent.
Statements are not necessarily facts
The guy in pink looks so fed up lol.
He lloks like he was forced by his contract to be there.😅 poor thing.
that night where JB says she BL is ready to direct is the night she made his team /family wait in the basement while her hubby and Hugh jackman have the attention and spotlight while they waited for over an hour before they could go up so not sure if that is why he responded that way
I think it was the most polite way of saying "I'm done working with her. After this, I'm done with this film."
Thank you for that info. I was wondering if it were that night. Must have been a gutting feeling. Considering everything going on, he handled things very graciously.
She had her bodyguard present at all times . JB couldn't pass her bodyguard and come to her trailer without her permission.
Her text messages contradict her story now
At 13:00 it's almost like Blake was trying to predict what scene was " out there" so that she could get ahead of the narrative...
PLEASE LET THE COURT TRIAL BE TELEVISED!!!

I think the lawsuit of Justin is in California for that reason, his lawyer wants to have Amber 2.0.
@lupiasensio5617 camilla vasquez COMING UP SOON
I think Justin should have said "Blake thinks she's ready to direct"
@@judithmartin953 Blake took over that film
@ well said
Blake talks and doesn't listen, she doesn't shut up, he is afraid of her

Yes, agree
To me Skelnar behaves like a flying monkey, and the way young Lily is fawning is giving me huge red flags.
She couldn't do the "original" well, more less a sequel.
Agreed, I watched the movie and I have to say she didn't do a great job. I think like Scarlett Johansson would have done a better job. She's a better actress
She seems like someone who has selective perception.
Sure but one of the things that a director needs to do is to make sure to get the best performance out of his main actors. If she has selective perception it means that she was not managed well during the filming wouldn't you say?
More like she's a total air-head. I've never heard an intelligent comment come out of her mouth.
@@mikedebruyn No, I would not say. Again, you can give someone direction, and they can see, hear and give you what they want… And at the end of the day, you might have to accept that that is the best you’re gonna get out of them.

Director: So, your character has just received some devastating news while at the subway platform. It’s a closeup, so really connect in the eyes.
Actor: I feel like my character would wear designer heels.
Director: Sure. Heels. Ok. Now, about connecting with those emotions…
Anyways, she has shown icing out and deflecting interviewers that are not deemed top tier, so I can only imagine what happens when the cameras are off. I’ll try and stay open minded, tho.

21:39 he was allegedly relegated to the basement before this haha so he was probably pissed and trying to keep it together.

@kananiwolf256 I'm the same way. No desire to see these films. Didn't see Mr and Mrs Smith, didn't see Rum Diaries, etc
I agree. This is a movie that I will not watch by choice.
My pre-bias against Blake Lively definitely influenced my interpretation of this conflict. End of the day, I don’t know what to think! 🤷🏻♀️
Still puzzles me that she waited 2 years from when the movie wrapped to file charges 🤔

I also thought it was UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional for BL to START making accusations about JB's behaviour DURING the promotion of the film (fat shaming, kissing too long, etc.)
That is SO unprofessional and SO dangerous.

Good theory 👀
Way too mousy of a theory. A more sinister motive is present. People can be and are evil.

The most embarrassing part is the title of the movie "it ends with us" 😭
This is how I feel. It’s definitely frustrating because it seems as if you don’t want to form an opinion yet, you get accused to being on a specific side, but I want to be slow to speak and slow to be angry.
So she admits there was an IC.
That should not be happening and thankfully it did not happen in this case"
So what her reply is really saying is that there was an IC _eventually_ , which has been her claim all along, I think.
What a great analysis! Thanks.
May I ask, the hair twirl is baseline however is the twirl indicative of insecurity? In women I notice they groom when they feel threatened or intimidated
Yay!! Spidey. I really appreciate your channel. After announcing how busy you're with life, you have been posting almost every Saturday. I also acknowledge that the videos quality, guests and content are great. ❤
PS. My face is an exclamation point. 😅
A very nuanced analysis. I do believe they both could have gone without the lawsuits, and would have benefited from better using that intimacy coordinator they hired.
Spot on, thank you for this analysis!!!
Amazing as always!
I am learning to wait on my judgement. Let the lawyers sort this out.
Yep I agree need more discovery and depositions from the crew especially the script supervisor
Title of this video is deceptive. Basically Spidey says we don’t know who is in the right or in the wrong and not to judge until it’s time for trial. I feel like I just wasted my time.
Ever since I saw that lightbulb is moving, that’s all I can focus on 😂
Haha the magnet floating lightbulb is fun!!😂😂😂
I saw it too 😂
@lexione14 🤣🤣🤣 I want one, they're on Amazon
@NicolaMaxwell i want one of those glass figures on the shelf too. I love his set up.
Ok, ADHDers! Lol. 😂 Oh the tiny things that distract us😂
Spot on at 26.43 especially ur interperation on JB going into his character as ryle. Think BL is not as professional on carrying out her charactor as lily and misinterpreted the whole scenario.
I'm suspending judgement right now.
How is she “Ms.” when she’s supposedly legally married? (This isn’t a question aimed at disproving anything said, I’m just curious)
I think it is a vanity thing. Ms sounds younger, but tha is just my guess as a non-native speaker.
A lot of married women who keep their last name choose to be Ms. Ms is typically a catch-all (like Mr).
Politally correct term used in the USA. Ms is used since 1967 in the USA to permit women to not give their marital status when being adressed orally or in writing , much like the neutral term Mr. for men . Since 1990 all women are called Ms. unless they request Mrs or Dr. Miss is only used for small children
@@parisian44 Parisian, thank you for explaining it. :)
Thank you all for explaining this to me. I really thought all married women went by “Mrs”. I stand corrected lol
I absolutely agree that it's all about interpretation! Exactly my point! I can understand where both Blake and Justin are coming from and it's sad to see what they are going through.
Idk if they talked and tried to understand each other in private, because it seems like they both made their own conclusions and didn't communicate.
Thank you Spidey! Could you do an analysis on Luigi Mangione's court appereance with the red sweater, matching his lawyer? Thank you🙏🏻
Could she be using pacifiers during the whole interview because the whole interview process is just stressful? Or how can you really tell is definitely her baseline. I feel like if the movie had so many issues, the whole interview season would be stressful.
Great analysis! 👍🏻
I cant look at any of them, but Your video? Watching always with interest
Random question, have you ever played the game LA Noir? We all became behavioral analysts 😂🤣😂🤣
Great game!
There's no way there can be a sequel for a miovie that is literally says it ENDS with us.
