I like how when Bakugo meets Kirishima ahead deku runs following behind. It shows how deku is kind of like his past friend he already left behind and Kirishima is one of the ones he’s going to leave. I also like how you included deku so it’s kind of like all the real friends he’s ever had.
It kills me that Izuku says the line "And you play who you need to play" Because he understands it first hand after his childhood with Bakugo. This is amazing. The Izuku and Kiri singing in front and behind Bakugo hits hard because its his current friend he's betraying and his old one who has done this before.

So Shiketsu is the "they" in "Thank god they rescued you!" It's also like, a form of self-loathing at the same time, because he's thinking (as you shown in the "all the words that I can't take back" part) that maybe he doesn't deserve to be at UA with what he said and did to Izuku for all those years? So he wants to not only give himself space from villains and the stresses of UA, but also space from Izuku? And this is like, years after, maybe after graduation, so Bakugo is becoming the "Number 1 solo hero", but he's left behind 1-A, which in turn has become "The number 1 hero agency, formed by the best graduating Hero class in UA history", and while none of them hold the number 1 spot, they're all high ranked heroes, while Bakugo is pulling an Endeavor/Miruko and holding a top spot solo, no matter what his "public image" looks like for it.
this HURT,,,, seeing kirishima at the end literally broke me. Even though this made me feel things, I will keep watching this over and over again. I love this idea of everyone around him snapping and giving him a reality check. idk I just really enjoyed this animatic! Can't wait for the Villain deku one!
i think the saddest part wasn't even Midoriya finally gaining the courage to finally be able to speak his mind, but it was Kirishima confronting Bakugou and then watching him walk away :,)
1:07 makes it look like Kyouka's crying. Which is great because she's usually not expressive, this shows how hurt she is by Katsuki leaving them behind.
From the first frame, I could tell That the artist was going to wait until the last, most heart wrenching moment to show Kirishima, due to his bond with Bakugou. That part hurt just as much, if not more, than I thought it would.

It’s the day after the formerly known Class A graduated from UA, becoming full-fledged Pro Heroes. “Why would we be jealous of you, Bakugou?” Mina questions, getting frustrated with her friend. “We’ve all graduated, same as you. You shouldn’t even be acting superior since Todoroki, Shinsou, and Midoriya all passed higher than you!” The aforementioned Midoriya walks closer to the argument between Mina and Bakugou. But, before he could get a word in edgewise, Bakugou, in anger, fired off an explosion at Mina. ‘One for All: Full Cowling!’ The green haired hero exclaimed in thought. Having timed it right, Midoriya blocked Bakugou’s attack, sustaining no damage. At the sound of the explosion, Jirou, Kirishima, Kaminari and Sero rushed to the scene, seeing Midoriya glare at Bakugou furiously, arms out to protect Mina. Kaminari and Kirishima run closer to Bakugou. “What the hell happened?! We heard an explosion!” Kaminari said. “Kacchan and Ashido were arguing. She apparently said something he didn’t like, so Kacchan tried to attack.” Midoriya explained calmly. “Bakugo, what the hell?! Why would you attack Mina like that? Isn’t she your friend?!” Kirishima demanded. “Shut the fuck up, Shitty Hair!” The young hero shouted at his friend. Midoriya began to walk off, taking Kirishima with him, knowing Kirishima would argue back. *Cue song*

Bc I would so love to read it! 😍 like I feel like it would be a bit KiriBaku too (sorry if you don’t ship it it’s just the song where Kiri comes in kind of seems kiribaku) where when Kirishima sings Bakugou realizes how he went wrong and that’s when he begins to see. Afterwards he begins to beg for forgiveness but they all begin to leave. When Kirishima goes to leave Bakugou has a break down and begs him not to go. And to make it better, have it be where Bakugou has been cold and heartless to the others ever since he got named a pro hero.
POV: they were all on a mission together as friends and came across a villain they could all take on together but bakugou pushed them aside and defeated the villain himself, and giving him more popularity. And the others felt, uhh.. betrayed? Used? Oh! Left behind! Yea they felt left behind. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it UnU, great animatic btw ^^

I like that you added deku too bakugo and him are finally becoming close to friends after heroes rising and in the manga. Even if bakugo is angry at deku a lot and dislikes a lot of stuff about him it would still hurt to see his childhood friend who looked up him be legitimately angry
So they found out the truth. They found out he bullied Izuku, told him to kill himself, and betrayed him. And he used his squad because he saw deku with Iida, Ochako, Todoroki, and Shinsou as a threat to become better hero's. So know after finding all this out along with Izuku they were disgusted with him. Of how could a person like Bakugou who wants to be a hero, acts more like a villain.

I loved every part of this. I loved how the whole Bakusquad was included in this animatic, expressing their anger and concern. And like how everyone else is saying, Deku and Kirishima's parts really did hit differently as them two being the most important friends/figures in his life. And I enjoyed what could've been interpreted as a bit of KamiJirou crumbs. Overall, awesome animatic. Honestly I’d spent the last two or three hours bouncing between generic videos on let’s plays and educational snip-its while wallowing in apathy from media overload, but it’s beautiful little pocket dimensions like these that drag me out of those voids, that instill emotion back into my core where endless meaningless mass media consumption had slowly but surely drained it out before. It’s beautiful works of artistic expression like this one that save me in those moments, banishing away the darkness that so often breeds the worst of thoughts
as a manga reader i highly doubt Bakugou would do something like this he truly is becoming more amazing he's letting go of his ego and is trying to redeem for his sins he's acknowledging those of potential and appreciating teamwork which makes me glad it won't come to a heart breaking climax like this but tbh this is beyond amazing keep up the good work!

So many feels in this. Really hits hard the sense of betrayal especially with Kirishima. Also super glad some of the lesser seen ones are in it like Sero and Jiro.
My headcanon is that they were all working together as a Pro-Hero team, with Bakugou as their leader. (Maybe joint leader with Midoriya and/or Kirishima?) But then he gets an opportunity to work as a lone Pro-Hero with the promise that his ratings will be boosted and he'll be more likely to become #1 Hero. (Maybe some financial backers who promise to market the hell out of him and say they can always make certain he's where he needs to be to be seen as "The Best Hero".) Believing he can achieve his childhood dream this way, he selfishly leaves behind his team thinking, "They'll be good enough without me." Only to realize too late that his friends matter way more than being number 1, and that he could have been just as great a hero with them standing by his side.
I love Bakugo but he still needs to properly apoligize for the past. I love how the Bakusquad loves him and cares for him despite his massive anger issues and I love how Deku keeps chasing after him despite everything that happened between them. I love a lot about the BakuDeku (platonic) relationship dynamic.
THEORY (that doesn't make sense) so, back when, everyone in class 1-A promised that they'd become heroes together, number one or not. they had stuck to their promise. they went to internships, interviews, etc. but they all promised they wouldn't leave each other in the dust, but rather help each other. but, bakugo being bakugo, had gotten a deal. he could easily become famous and become way higher in the ranks than where he was now. he, of course, took the deal, and leaving everyone stranded. he didn't talk to them, call, message, nothing. they saw him climbing the ranks faster than ever. obviously, midoriya was already high in the ranks, but he didn't leave everyone stranded. he had worked by himself, no deals, like he promised. but, bakugo had taken this big deal and had just left everyone. in the animatic, it shows those who were hurt the most by his actions. he had left them. once he finally got in contact, those shown in the animatic had gotten into a fight with him, causing him to feel guilty. he made a promise, and broke it. it showed how much he really cared for them: not at all. he did care, but to them, it was clear he didn't care for them one bit. now, every time he sees in name anywhere, he feels guilt in his heart, as he had left those who were there for him.
Seriously, this comment section is full of these awesome stories. I’m just here enjoying all of them. But I loved the video, I saw both kiri and deku, and man they really do hit different from each other.

This was amazing and I love it but what pushes every bakusquad video over the top for me will always be the inclusion of Jirou and I love everyone that remembers to put her in. You are amazing though and this is so so good.
I feel like all of the squad is too sweet to say that kind of thing. Like there would still be a lot of shouting and cryşng but less... i dunno. Deku phsically wouldn't be able to, Kaminari would pretend it didn't matter and try to turn it into a joke, Kirishima... im not so sure. God I wish we could see the bakusquad more.
Can we have one with the Todorokis or Dabi? I feel like it would be apporpriate to the recent chapters of the manga released. I loved how you gave more focus to Deku and kirishima who are two people who have a great impact on the life of the bakugou
So many feels in this. Really hits hard the sense of betrayal especially with Kirishima. Also super glad some of the lesser seen ones are in it like Sero and Jiro.
My headcanon is that they were all working together as a Pro-Hero team, with Bakugou as their leader. (Maybe joint leader with Midoriya and/or Kirishima?) But then he gets an opportunity to work as a lone Pro-Hero with the promise that his ratings will be boosted and he'll be more likely to become #1 Hero. (Maybe some financial backers who promise to market the hell out of him and say they can always make certain he's where he needs to be to be seen as "The Best Hero".) Believing he can achieve his childhood dream this way, he selfishly leaves behind his team thinking, "They'll be good enough without me." Only to realize too late that his friends matter way more than being number 1, and that he could have been just as great a hero with them standing by his side.

I love Bakugo but he still needs to properly apoligize for the past. I love how the Bakusquad loves him and cares for him despite his massive anger issues and I love how Deku keeps chasing after him despite everything that happened between them. I love a lot about the BakuDeku (platonic) relationship dynamic.
THEORY (that doesn't make sense)
so, back when, everyone in class 1-A promised that they'd become heroes together, number one or not. they had stuck to their promise. they went to internships, interviews, etc. but they all promised they wouldn't leave each other in the dust, but rather help each other. but, bakugo being bakugo, had gotten a deal. he could easily become famous and become way higher in the ranks than where he was now. he, of course, took the deal, and leaving everyone stranded. he didn't talk to them, call, message, nothing. they saw him climbing the ranks faster than ever. obviously, midoriya was already high in the ranks, but he didn't leave everyone stranded. he had worked by himself, no deals, like he promised. but, bakugo had taken this big deal and had just left everyone. in the animatic, it shows those who were hurt the most by his actions. he had left them. once he finally got in contact, those shown in the animatic had gotten into a fight with him, causing him to feel guilty. he made a promise, and broke it. it showed how much he really cared for them: not at all. he did care, but to them, it was clear he didn't care for them one bit. now, every time he sees in name anywhere, he feels guilt in his heart, as he had left those who were there for him.

This was amazing and I love it but what pushes every bakusquad video over the top for me will always be the inclusion of Jirou and I love everyone that remembers to put her in. You are amazing though and this is so so good.
I feel like all of the squad is too sweet to say that kind of thing. Like there would still be a lot of shouting and cryşng but less... i dunno. Deku phsically wouldn't be able to, Kaminari would pretend it didn't matter and try to turn it into a joke, Kirishima... im not so sure. God I wish we could see the bakusquad more.

Wow this art style is so good!! Its not clean but i think that makes it better as it shows that youre learning and it actually helps others learn as well so- this was very tense with posturing but it works so well with the song!!! Good job!!
