What a video! So incredibly fun. I went to the Alliance Francaise in the school year 1985/1986 and nannied for a French family. The grandmother taught me how to knit. I was 18 and have been knitting ever since. What an incredible experience(that should be plural!) you've had! I truly enjoyed this trip down memory lane. Much appreciated.❤
I would love to see Paris again with you as my travel guide! Why don't we have a knitting retreat there. I have heard that there are only two nice knitting shop, but it doesn't matter - the knitting scenery will be amazing! I was also alone in Paris when I was 17. I went as an exchange student to Germany as I had the language at school and the afterwards went to Paris, but I was so scared to get lost I stayed near to the Metro and didn't explore very far. I did manage to buy a book of poetry by WB Yeats though. ❤
Helle, let me say that your videography and editing are wonderfully done and your presentation is so satisfying to listen to. As we Amercians often use the word amazing to describe events and other things. Thank you. I think Brian had a very nice comment here. Looking forward to anything you may do in the future as I appreciate your Danish content as well. I've met people that I feel are fmiliar and just can't place them and when it happens back it is a very interesting experience. Perhaps a past life regression with an experienced healer is in the cards for you. Anyhow, thank you so much for all that you've done and given.
Aw, thanks for your kind comment, Marcus. I appreciate it. I actually did visit a past life healer in the UK decades ago, but I wonder what would come up if I went to one today. I certainly have the sense that I’ve been here many times. Thanks for your encouragement 🙏🏻💙
Hi Helle, sometimes one's body cannot satisfy an insatiable mind, you have had a very busy year, youtube, travel, family, garden, work etc, so I think you can be forgiven for slowing down a little.I get exhausted just thinking of all you have done. I'm still loving the videos. I wish you a very happy birthday. They say life begins at 40, so hopefully next year your youtube fans can expect another fun packed year. God Bless.🎂
Oh Brian, what a lovely and timely comment. Thank you 🙏🏻 It was just what I needed right now. If life begins at forty, mine is well and truly underway, and for that alone, one should be grateful. I’m certainly grateful that you connect with me from England every now and then. All the best 🍂
I've only been to Paris once, but I agree with your views about Versailles. I was there between Christmas and New Years, soI didn't get to enjoy the gardens. Next time! However, I did wonder the steets and found them so interesting. Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
Hello once again! Versailles looks absolutely magnificent! I'm sure your video doesn't do it justice! It must be breathtaking to see it in person! In regards to past lives, I am a firm believer! I have had a past life regression session some years ago, a very emotional experience! And after two visits to Thailand, I regard myself as Buddhist! And yes, there is far more to this universe than we could ever imagine! Once again, a wonderful and informative video! As always, take care until next time!
Oh, how great, Catherine! I did also go to one years ago, and it was very interesting. (I have apparently been a Tibetan monk, which also made sense to me in many ways; maybe that Buddhist link is how you found me 😊). Thanks for your encouraging comments ❤️
Hello, what a great video, i have been to Paris, but i have not seen all of it of course, i love the Marais part as well, and have stayed in some great places, i have a grandaughter who lives near Lyon, my son’s daughter, but he is not with the mother , i have contact still with my grandaughter which is lovely for me. I can see you love all the things i like. I’m enjoying your selections of video’s,and also nice to see your homeland of Denmark.thank you, pamela hall
Thank you for sharing this experience. I am amazed with your language skills! When you speak English, I have to listen carefully to hear your accent. For years I tried to become proficient in Spanish- sadly it did not happen. The coverage/filming of Paris was very enjoyable! I would have liked to have been on your tour!
I love the way you are enjoying your ice cream at the end, you look so relaxed, happy and content. If we ever met accidentally in Paris, I would buy you your favorite ice cream and we could eat it together on the banks of the Seine river. 🙂
I’m curious would you prefer having a travel agent or seeing the sights on your own? Thank you for sharing your trip to Paris. What an experience. Congratulations on your accomplishment. StitchedbyMimi
Thanks so much. Well, that would depend on how expwrienced a traveller you are and if you’ve been to a place before. I/We tend to prefer to do things on my/our own, except in places like China and Tanzania where we needed local expertise ☺️
I found you because of your knitting but have fallen in love with your tour videos. They are amazing and so restful. Thank you so much!

These 2 parts are so interesting. I have never been and this was a wonderful tour. Thank you.
