I checked the wiki, it doesn’t say anything about slugpups being able to spawn anywhere in metropolis, nor artificer’s campaign in general. wich is VERY confusing, considering the two in this video managed to find one anyways.

Apparently slugpups can spawn in any region if they fail to spawn for 25 consecutive cycles. I didn't even know this until i checked the wiki today.
Don't know if they spawned naturally or from this or which of these events is less likely (for metropolis).
