Nice discussion, but next time, I would like to see watches for longer periods of the video. Now when you pick up the watch, we can see close up for few seconds and that's it. Set and everything is lovely, but I guess most of us here came to see watches themselves :)

Jasper is consistently more interesting than the people he speaks to or the watches he discusses. His English is flawless and completely idiomatic. His Italian seems solid too. I bet he has German and French, and probably a good bit of Arabic. He is easy all over the world, and has a masculine grace in his movements. He cultivates his vices carefully. He likes good cigars, single malt, and Dom Perignon. If you pay close attention there is a rigor to his thought and expression that conceals or at least masks a certain toughness. He talks about big chunks of capital as though they are nothing. But he is also very young. How is such a person formed?
He's just on another level :)

To make a statement that if you don't like Rolex, you don't like watches is just plain ignorant. I believe that if you only like Rolex, You don't understand watches. Rolex are on the whole, overpriced and over hyped.
I disagree with them being overpriced, if we compare catalogue prices to all the competitors' ones, but I get what you're saying :)
WAYYYYYY to Rolex heavy. Bit of a shit collection if i'm being honest. It's a disservice to all the other brands who produced amazing watches in bygone eras.

Just discovered this. Very interesting and enjoyable to watch. Just one question: With these slightly "oddball" watches (the Day-Date on a Jubilee with diamond markers, the Daytona) - how do you know if these watches are legit and not frankened? I would really like to know.

Senza nessun intento di offesa ne polemica vorrei dirti: mai giacca o blazer con i jeans, mai doppio petto aperto, sempre biancheria sotto la camicia e asole abbottonate. Yes Rolex is a great brand, but not the most significant in terms of innovation of complications. I like this guys taste in watches but he seems pretty arrogant to me!
@@Andrew.W75 He might look that way at first, but having visited their store and watching their content for over 2 years, I can assure you he knows his stuff. You should definitely check out Jaspers own channel, maybe that will change your mind!
