Thank you! I think she just means that Cherries are special in general. Just try and get a bottle that is 100% cherries with no added sugar. That was bickfords in the vid and i picked up a 6 pack for i think $25-30 AUD which is about $15-20 USD. The magnesium powder is ethical nutrients - mega magnesium night 272g (mango passion flavour). The drink is really delicious and it's very popular these days. Cheers
Interesting. I've been trying to get off prescription sleep meds. I wonder if this is the solution I've been looking for? One problem though, any alcohol is out for me. 😁 It affects Long Covid negatively and will set me back months. But I will look for those other ingredients and give it a whirl.

These videos are seen in many countries round the world, and magnesium powders may not all have the same strengths so the milligrams should be listed, as well as the cherry juice info, how much melatonin is in how many ounces of juice? What was meant by the “dreamy kind of cherry juice?” Did it mean the juice from a certain type of cherry? Thanks!

Interesting drink. Maybe it will try it sometime. My sleep remedy is magnesium salts dissolved in a tub of warm water, with lavender drops as a foot soak.
