The whole dance crew suffers a big misunderstanding of the whole thing. It's not about looking to the drummer. It's about dancing together and forming a circle of dancers. In the early 90s it was this way - now there are mostly synchronized robots looking in one direction without really being together. Sad to watch.

Gil Uses Dat -Digital Audio] Tapes. He started using them in the early 90's because it was difficult to transport Vinyl records all over the planet and Records would warp in the heat of India where Gil spent a lot of time in Anjuna Beach. Now he likes the sound of Dat Tape better than digital so he has stayed with the Dat Tapes.

Depends on the time of day/night!! His sets were a 24-30 hour journey starting after Ariane so what you are seeing is Sunday Funday which is light and fun music - the night music was very much still mental. You really had do experience it to see!
